    Lissianne Rodgers: Yesterday 19-10-2018 for the first time in the store was tipped off by a colleague. First impression poor service which is a shame because the store has nice outfits. I like shopping in the store not online, but it is even more fun if an employee also helps you in a friendly / good way. Really stupid and a shame that shop girls behave with such an air towards customers.

    Marleen van Os: Bad quality. Expensive. I recently bought pants here and after a few days (!!) threads came out of the fabric. When I went back to the shop the owner said this is normal and "you better not cycle with the pants". What a joke! So she admitted that the pants she sold are such poor quality that it starts to pill after a few days doing normal activity. I never give bad reviews but I find this really unacceptable. I can throw away a pair of pants for which I have paid 50,- and no customer service from the store. Very Disappointing.
    Response: The material of these pants are not suitable for everyday biking. You get pills because of friction that has nothing to do with quality. I told you can get the pills away with a special machine. You have to handle some materials with care like this item it’s not denim.

    caroline mcintyre: Every time I’ve been to a brandy Melville store the girls have been so rude. However, the girls here were so nice. They gave us awesome dinner recommendations and were so nice to my grandma. I didn’t catch their names but they deserve such a thanks for being so kind :)

    deirdre keegan: I am appalled that the shop basically closes at 20 minutes before the store’s actual closing. My daughter and I ran through town to reach the store, had $300 worth of clothes in our hands and stood in a line of several people to try on, only to be told that the person in front of us was given some sign that they were the last person to be allowed to them ry things on and it was their job (not an employees) to tell us we could not try anything on as we were too late. This was 20 minutes before closing that we reached the front of the line to be informed of this. If the store owners only knew I can’t imagine they would be happy with all of the business lost. They will be next contact.

    Rabea Albayrak: very sweet store with nice selection of clothes!! The staff is very friendly I had a good time. I LOVE that they also sell cappuccino, simply perfect :)))

    Julia Lohr: Lovely store with ecofriendly produced garments from natural material, I found some nice and stylish linen/cotton trousers. Love the selection of waterproof bags and coats!
