george skepetaris: Ok, maybe the best food experience in Amsterdam. High quality meet perfectly cooked and amazing side dishes. Must have the rib eye and the provolone cheese. We went again the next day only for these two. The atmosphere is very cool and the staff very professional and polite. One of the places I will go again and again
Nicole Adkins: Amazing quslity steaks. All cooked to perfection. The Picana starter was seasoned to perfection. Fillet steak is definitely recommended! Wide variety of side dishes. The green salad had a great dressing. Employees were very friends.

Sabrina: Great steaks and service! The filet was cooked perfectly and the chicken starter and vegetables were great.
Kkoro 6: Food was nice but the service was absolutely horrendous. First they accidently give our reserved table away, but unfortunately they continuously made mistakes. Things like bringing us 2 out of the 3 starters, making us wait for the third one, and then finally saying they ran out. Other things like forgetting to give us the menus and bringing us the wrong side dishes. The final nail in the coffin was our final bill. Four items that we did not order put on our bill.
Emily Hunsley: Very nice restaurant. I was recommended the fillet steak which was delicious. With the steak we ordered some vegetables, chips and a roast garlic bulb which were equally as good. The steaks were perfectly cooked and all of the accompanying food was great too. The service was very good with the staff being brilliant and very helpful. Great recommendation and hopefully this will help someone else to try it!
Betty Millan: Service was trash. Had to remind them of drinks. For such over prized dinning, definitely were disappointed. Over cooked shrimp, steak was tiny amd tasteless. Save your money.

Joe “Joe’sReviews”: Best steak in Amsterdam in my opinion. The staff is great! Very friendly and perfect service. I tried it more than once and I loved everything from the salads to the steak and deserts. Would highly recommend. It is a bit expensive but it’s worth it trust me.
Charis: Average steak. I wanted medium rare and it came medium cooked. While they offered to change for me, I felt the meat was anyway too dry. Price wise was okay, around 24.50 euros for 3 course meal
Hamim Ahmad: Friendly and quick service from waitress Soni! Our bread and butter appetiser was nice. Steaks were great, well prepared and cooked as requested. We had fillet, 10oz sirloins, fillet with gamba and a great mushroom risotto. Side dishes were good too, truffle mac n cheese and fries. Quite reasonable prices for a higher end restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam.
Teemu Kumpulainen: Excellent steak, salmon was very tasty and perfectly cooked. The side dishes were nice and the pricing was reasonable, the restaurant is in the middle of Amsterdam so 60€ is not too much. I highly recommend. I was not drunk, unlike all the others, it was King’s day. The best food I’ve ever had in Amsterdam.
R S: Ribeye steak (pictured) was very underdone and tough with a huge line of gristle - it could have passed as a sirloin to some. Espresso martini far too sweet. Prawn starter was nice and my friends fillet steak looked good.
Rony Honein: Decent food, great and welcoming service. Fast to service. Tempura are great, meat tender, well seasoned and well cooked. Deserves the 5 stars. Great location.

Assiri: If you look to eat steak and burger, for sure tis is the place you are looking for, amazing meat and amazing chefs, the workers are so nice and smily and trying to help all the time, unfortunately the tables are tiny and stuck in their area which make everything looks small, otherwise I really recommended it, and back one day later to eat in it again .

HiTZ: Amazing gem of a restaurant, the food was full of flavour, cooked to perfection and was presented really well. Great size portions and affordable. The team were fantastic and cared for everyone who walked through their doors, the atmosphere was superb. An excellent range of cocktails and wines too. Highly recommend Bariloche to anyone who likes their steak.
Miki Liu: Loved the steak so much! Service is great as always, they switched my steak right away because it was too welldone for my taste. Went to this place around 5 times now and it didnt dissapoint me at all.
Aaren Sun: Classic tourist trap, unsurprisingly in a tourist trap area. The first red flag was asking specifically for tap water then being given small opened bottled water. The next was the pricing strategy for a steak, typically you get a bit of salad, some chips and a sauce included. However, everything is extra cost except the very generous 3 leaves of salad I got with the steak. Lastly, the steaks are clearly frozen from the way the cooking gradient transitions through the meat. This is not an unusual appearance for a medium rare, however the centre is almost cold with the outside very hot, evidence of a very cold steak when cooked. I’m trying to be as neutral as I can, but there is nothing to justify any commendation. Beyond the tragic food, the service is just as Shakespearean - tragic. Blatant tourist tricks, no care despite being aware, deliberately incoherent staff to ignore any questions about their tactics. Avoid at all costs, no matter how drunk, high or desperate you are.
Victor Gandon: Really mixed experience at Bariloche. We had the chicken burger with fries and chicken fajita. For some reason, the burger came with half of the ingredients missing. It ended up being just 2 buns, chicken breast and lettuce. We had to ask for the remaining ingredients. Waiters was really unapologetic about it and the service was overall poor. The chicken fajita was good tho. Also, the only tap beer they had was Heineken. Glad thay they serve local beer but it seems a bit short in terms of choice. There was a cat roaming the restaurant room. Even though we like cat it seems a bit unusual. Overall disappointed, it was hopefully just a bad day.

Tolga K: We decided go here for quick dinner before going home. Place had a great atmosphere and workers were kind to offer us great table by the window. We ate burgers, meat was juicy and firm. Fries were crispy and warm. Despite being in center its prices are affordable. Would visit again and try their steaks for sure!

Abigail Rechsteiner: The food was decent however we were so turned off by the extremely slow service and overpriced dinner that we wanted to make others aware of. Ordered one order of bread for $2.20 per their menu and they brought one order for everyone in the group so charged us $8.80…? $6.50 for a bottle is sparkling water. $1.50 for an extra slice of cheese and $0.75 for any side dip like mayonnaise or ketchup which the server makes seem like any of those is just included with the dish. Overall much better places to eat in the area with better service, prices and food.

Of course, if you think, it can not be so cheap, 10 euro, so, if you have limited budget, don’t go inside because the smallest piece of steak with nothing else is 15 euro. So, we didn’t listened the brain and we entered. The steak very tasty, we wanted raw and medium, very, very good….aside with potatoes, some salad, a coffee, a beer and a bottle of cheap wine, 100 euro…very expensive, the budget for 2 days 😀 otherwise, friendly people, good music and atmosphere…
Christopher Sansom: Came across this restaurant during a day trip to Amsterdam last week. With a party size of 13, and mostly kids, we were limited with our options. The gentleman who I assume is the owner welcomed us in and provided an outstanding service. Friendly and accommodating, we had a wonderful meal that was suitably priced and good quality. Would highly recommend.
Caroline Tawfik: Amazing restaurant! Highly recommended ! We were a party of two ladies looking for a place open for dinner; most of the places were only serving drinks and no food. We were starving when we came across St. Morris but it was incredible coincidence. The staff are extremely friendly, our host Emad was very hospitable and welcoming. The location of the restaurant is great and our table was overlooking the canal! We were delighted to find that the food was spot-on! Everything we ate was great (the bread basket with butter, the steaks were delicious and cooked to our liking, the sauces were great specially the peppercorn sauce which was out of this world, and the side dishes too). We’ll definitely be coming back whenever in Amsterdam and I highly recommend it to anyone there looking for great meal with great staff and view! Last but not least, the prices were very affordable too!

Love the fries in Amsterdam. Whatever potatoes are used are so fluffy. Interesting decor - notes from various countries. My partner and I would definitely eat here again. Price wise, it is what we would pay in the UK. And would expect to pay for the quality of food and service we received.

Alejandra Perez: Me and my mom came to the restaurant for dinner while walking around the city. Awful experience. I don’t know if the man attending us was the owner but he was extremely rude with us. I asked for tap water and his response was “if you want water you have to pay for it.” In all the other restaurants I received tap water so I don’t know what was his deal but he didn’t have to be that rude. My mom asked him a few questions about the menu and he got mad because he “didn’t have time for that.” I do not understand the need to be that rude, at the end the food was not bad but I wouldn’t go back because of the awful service.
