Daria Petrova: The worst experience ever. First time they lost the floor during the delivery for which I already paid. Then I needed to come again and try to find a solution. They suggested me to go to Rotterdam and take it by myself. Disappointed with their service and quality of it.

C. Marshall: GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I didn’t know that you can rent furniture pieces to pimp your house and sell it quicker. That’s what I did with the help of dotshop and my ¨makelaar¨. At the end I ended up buying some stuff that I loved and couldn’t resist to have it in my new house. I must say that they were super friendly, when you are an expat, you really appreciate this kind of FULL-SERVICE cuz of the language and time. THNK YOU, Chris M.
Victoria Chong: I bought a couch months ago and it got delivered today. The service from Mireille helping me in the store to the final delivery was impeccable, friendly and efficient. She helped me for weeks to track down the right colour and I was kept up to date about the progress. The delivery guys manoeuvred the couch up a couple of stairs very quickly. Very happy with the service and the end product!

Jordan Condo: Update. Thank you for such a detailed response. I’m upgrading my review because of the time and effort you took in explaining your position. That said, I wouldn’t write this off as a “cultural difference” — I was told you accepted credit cards by a member of your team but that I had to be there in person to use it, hence why I showed up at your store. When I arrived at your store your team was not helpful and shrugged off the inconvenience to me as my problem. I think that’s just poor customer service, but we can agree to disagree on that point. Regardless, thanks again for your thoughtful reply. .... You know the situation, when you walk into a store and the person managing the store is more interested in telling you “no” rather than finding a way to say “yes”. And, you walk out wondering why they are in business to sell something to customers, when their default answer is “no”. Well, that is a summary of this store and its employees. In particularly the manager today — poor form all around. Avoid!
A de R: Bought a beautiful couch from Koozo and wave curtains here just over a year ago. Delivery went smoothly. Afterwards there appeared to be a very small stain in the curtain, which was immediately resolved without questions. Very good service and I still enjoy the sofa and curtains every day.

Both the furniture and the window coverings look beautiful where they have ended up. The installers are also nice and skilled people. Highly recommended for those looking for a home furnishing store where creative thinking is involved!
J & I: Walked in for the third time today to ask for information about curtains. A man and a woman sat behind their computer, no one looked up, no said hello and I was not helped. Scandalous.

Marine Sergent: Bunch of all the stuff you can imagine, average quality for cheap prices. Only way to enter the shop is by an escalator.
Sebastian Aguerre: The store is not that big but it has some nice furniture, decoration as well as household supplies. Honestly speaking the prices are not bad but they are not that great, some things are worth the price while others you are better of just going to ikea. Nether the less they seem to have discounts rather often which makes it slightly better.
Wim Buitenhuis: Cheap and handy stuff. Nice selection and store looks well taken care off. Great for all those little things in and around the house like storage jars, candle holders, cups, glasses and plates etc.
David da Costa: Love this store with all their low budget stuff! Furniture, diy stuff, photo frames, all kinds of items.

Helene Royal: This Xenos is smaller than an average provincial Xenos, but it offers most of their regular stuff - home deco mostly. The quality of goods is a bit better than Big Bazaar or Action, but the prices are higher, sometimes too high, i think. The store itself is neat.

Lena V: I wonder how Zara is incentivizing their store staff. This shop has the highest amount of store staff per sqm I have ever seen, yet their customer service is so slow & absolutely disorganized. Instead of creating a good customer experience most of the stuff seems to be busy meticulously rearranging the merchandise. What a pity!
Luciano Costa: For the 2nd time, I ordered, I waited to receive the purchase and it was canceled and returned by them. I never received the product. Zara is a big company worldwide and actually they really don’t care to build/maintain good customer relations. They told me that if I want, I should order everything again.
Euro Reviewed: Not good at restocking things as they run out, very busy. If you come in the morning they seem fully stocked if you come in the afternoon everything is missing. Very small store as well.
