Few people would do this kind of service, so I recommend otis bike shop to everyone !!

He fixed my bike for a much cheaper price than other shops had said the repair would cost and he mentioned that he hears this all the time so I can definitely recommend double checking his prices with those you get in a different store. The repair was also super fast. I was away for a week when the bike was ready and it was no problem to leave it with him for the time.

Ryne Belliston: We bought (and then sold) a couple ebikes for an extended stay in the Netherlands. The bikes we purchased were delivered to us and met our expectations. Selling our bikes is where we really had a great experience. We were on a tight deadline to sell, and the people at BikeFair were super accommodating and helpful to us. Was a lifesaver to have them store and sell the bikes for us. Definitely will use them again next time we do an extended stay in the Netherlands!

Austin Lokey: Stopped in hoping to look at some bikes for sale. They were very rude and mean because they don’t sell bikes. I politely asked if they knew anywhere nearby that sold race bikes. Yet again, they were unhelpful and rude by brushing us off and saying check the internet (while shutting the door on our face). I’ll never go back even if my race bike was to need service.
