Jasmina Kira Belledin: If you’re looking for a scooter this is the place to go! Friendly staff and super helpful with everything! Even if you’re going as a foreigner they help you and tell you to go to register and you can get insurance for your scooter there as well! My helmet didn’t fit properly and even that was no problem! They exchanged it for me and I was ready to go! Would go there again and again! 100% trustworthy! Can only recommend!!

alexandros merkouris: My experience is that they are overpricing you. For what could be 230 total, i was charged 430 because of 200 in labor costs! 200 in labor costs for a tiny scooter with no engine repairs. Plus 10-15 euros cost for every tiny part.e.g. a little plastic on-off ring around the lock (which is totally unnecessay). I do not recommend this store . I am not ashamed to post this review as the store responded. I still think the price was pushed to a higher level on purpose. The service is good, ok. I also attach the breakdown of costs.
Response: Thanks for the review. We hope you can find another shop in the future who will charge you less, but better to look for a shop far outside of Amsterdam then. We have to charge 216 euro, to be exact, labor for 3.5 hours of work. We charge 66 euros per hour and this is the least we can charge to pay all the expenses ánd, after paying taxes, a low income to support our families. Please next time when you judge someone first think about the consequences it might have. This 1-star review is not very welcome after a locked down shop for months because of Covid regulations, and you will only give a good review when someone works for you without the possibility to make some money on it. Shame on you!

ian penny: A friend gave me the advice to go to Scootstore because of the good service and the great expertise of the guys working there. Today l called and could take my vespa in immediately, end of the day they called to say it was ready for pick up. The bill was not at all expensive and they did a lot of work on my vespa. Riding it home l could feel that it was riding better than before, so l am very happy with the guys at Scootstore and they have me now as a new customer.

Jasmina Kira Belledin: Only giving one star because I have to give one. Went there cause my scooter broke down and it was the closest shop near by. He for some reason turned it back on an told me he can not see anything wrong with it. I asked him to check the oil and he said it was fine. And if anything happens again I should just come back and he will check again because it is easier for him to see whats wrong when it does not work. Well, my scooter broke down again but further away, so I had to go to another store. They found the problem but also told me I did not have ANY oil left in my scooter and if I would have gone any further I would have destroyed my motor. So I feel like the people at the store just did not want to tell me that my oil is empty so that I would come back. It could also just be a big misunderstanding but I feel like you should now if there is oil or not when you have checked. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly but did not take time to check.
Fernando Marzan: Great service. One of the most honest companies regarding pricing and services. If you want transparency, good service, and normal pricing, then I highly recommend it. In comparison to other shops, this place explains and shows clearly the costs of replacement parts and service. Super good!
Eme: We went there to rent bicycles. They were cheaper than the ones offered by our hotel and in really good condition. The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of guidance regarding how to go round in the city. They were helpful and friendly.
