Few people would do this kind of service, so I recommend otis bike shop to everyone !!

Ryne Belliston: We bought (and then sold) a couple ebikes for an extended stay in the Netherlands. The bikes we purchased were delivered to us and met our expectations. Selling our bikes is where we really had a great experience. We were on a tight deadline to sell, and the people at BikeFair were super accommodating and helpful to us. Was a lifesaver to have them store and sell the bikes for us. Definitely will use them again next time we do an extended stay in the Netherlands!

He fixed my bike for a much cheaper price than other shops had said the repair would cost and he mentioned that he hears this all the time so I can definitely recommend double checking his prices with those you get in a different store. The repair was also super fast. I was away for a week when the bike was ready and it was no problem to leave it with him for the time.

michela grasso: The service was good, but they made me pay 0.25€ more because of “debit card fees”. These “fees” don’t exist and I don’t think it’s legal to ask for it.. really annoying since I was already paying 15€ to cut my lock open, which isn’t a low price
Armin Noroozi: High quality service of the bikes. Their attention to detail, proper diagnosis and repair solutions are admirable. I had a very good experience at this repair shop.
Julien Lin: Saying if the gear need to be replaced will be 15€, When I pick up the bike the shop owner ask me to pay 15 € with my original gear then say checking is the price? A bit sad for sure

He helped figure out what bike worked best in my price range and was just so kind and easy to talk too! if you in the area I would 2000% recommend coming by!
Nino Cilona: Good service, but prices change without an apparent reason. Reply to the reply: I did discuss the price with a woman who was in the shop on thursday AM and she said that chaning the inner tube costs 20 euros, I agreed. Today I picked up the bike and a man working there had no clue about the price, and after calling his boss told me I should pay 26 euros (plus 0.25 for using the PIN). I of course complained but he just said that I had to pay coz the prices have a range between 19 and 26 euros depending on the bike. See the attached images showing how "the price was agreed upfront".

My dad (who does not live in Amsterdam permanently) also bought a bike and is as happy as a kid! The bikes are quite unique and I love the fact the word “Lekker” is everywhere.

I swopped my old one for a lekker because I needed a strong and yet light weight bike to transport myself and my 10 months old baby boy around the city. The bike is comfortable, has a great design and I love it that you can custom-build your bike. Good and quick service in the shop!
