iva matijasevic: I would like to share my experience with Otis bike, I found myself in a situation where no bike were working, then I found “Otis easy bike” on goole and called, the owner of Otis bike shop contacted me, although his working hours passed and he came to help me fix my bike. Few people would do this kind of service, so I recommend otis bike shop to everyone !!

Gokul Eswaran: Had quite a good experience with Arnas today. This cycle is apt to my height. Had the pleasure of cycling part of the way from Amsterdam to Hague, the feeling was great. He provides good technical inputs that really matter and his collection of cycles are really good, well priced. Its real value for your time and money.
Jethro Rebollar: I honestly wish i could have bought more bicycles from Arnas but, alas, I only have one butt. Seriously, his selection is astounding and glorious. When i moved back to Amsterdam recently, I did not want to go back to riding a Swapfiets "omafiets". I was used to riding fixed gear in New York City and so I knew what I wanted and Arnas has such a great selection of amazing bicycles in great working order. When I bought mine, not too long ago, the brakes were a little crispy and he fixed them for me right away, no questions asked. Great service and great speed.
Saagneek Basu: Arnas has an extremely good collection of vintage road bikes. He is also extremely helpful. He spent a good hour with me adjusting the bike exactly to my comfort. It was great to purchase a bike from him!

He fixed my bike for a much cheaper price than other shops had said the repair would cost and he mentioned that he hears this all the time so I can definitely recommend double checking his prices with those you get in a different store. The repair was also super fast. I was away for a week when the bike was ready and it was no problem to leave it with him for the time.

They always repair your bike quickly, are professional, but above all they are all very nice people who work there.
