Carla F: They repaired my dryer for a higher price then discussed. Instead of 150, they charged me 175 without informing me.... after the repair i asked for a bill, they would send it by email, no bill was ever provided and I could only pay in cash... Now 2 months later my dryer broke again and thry offer no warranty , what a waste of my money...!

T: Poor communication, very poor quality products
Serge Price: (Dangerous). Great gas stove purchased. Delivery and connection also done through Occasion Electronics. At the connection a product part of the gas hose was omitted, so I had a gas leak. I had to call in a professional company to find the gas leak and replace the gas hose. Occasion Electronics then did not want to do anything for me, did not take responsibility. Beware!
Milan TvM: Bought top gas stove and washing machine. Lots of choice and good service when choosing. Delivery and installation for little money was great.

F Krglr: Very responsive during purchase and quick delivery. But: Never received the machine I purchased (completely different manufacturer), any documentation for warranty and the machine was in bad condition. Together with upfront payment… red flag.
Kristina Nyberg: Cash only, warranty included (6 months on the washing machine purchased). Kind guys helped lifting the machine and home delivery is offered for those in need. Proper receipt and goodies received. Many goods are from companies which makes it very good value especially for bigger households. Ovens, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers, stoves, mixers were some spotted items.

Ferma Elandsen: Horrible service. Literally impossible to make an appointment with them, and them being on time. They eventually made us overpay for the washing machines. But when I said something about that they kept telling me that I was being rude.

Manan Kapoor: Bought a brand new macbook pro from here. They mentioned they had opened the box and it turned out that was the case. 100% for reliability. Spoke to Alan over phone who was very helpful in answering questions. Package arrived in 2 days of ordering. Then needed help with warranty and spoke to Dominique. He tried to help as well but I got the problem solved from Apple. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended!!

haru harut: Staff is extremely rude and impatient. Not very considerate of their own customers when someone tries to sell something to them. Made me wait for 15 minutes at the counter like an idiot when I decided that I didn’t want to sell anymore, staff insisted on negotiating final prices with his colleagues in the back of the store. I kindly refused to sell my item after the final price wasn’t what I had in mind, but the staff went all defensive on paying taxes and other financial obligations (yes I understand), then moves onto pushing me to sell it since I can get immediate cash without actually listening to me. Waste of time and my worst experience selling something, would give it a zero if I could.
