Angela Manasieva: I cannot recommend this place more!! wide variety of food, especially dessert i would mention, with some chocolate fountains, cookies, ice cream and fruit :) ..drinks are included so you can pick up soft drinks from the fridge yourself, and you get beer and wine included in the price, and you order it at the bar. If you get the chance visit the place, and ill come back to my review to add some photos.

Merve Çipli: The location is super convenient. The menu is not that extensive but it was spot on. Everything we tried was super delicious even though it seems so simple. The flavor profile of the dishes are deep and complex.Mushroom ravioli was the best. Glass of chardonnay is also super refreshing. Definitely recommended 👍🏼
Mer P: Great ambience. The restaurant is always buzzing with a fun crowd. Service was slow and I believe they forgot our order. Cute place to go with friends. Set menu with salmon and sauerkraut is on the salty side. Ravioli was stellar.

Bas Roijers: Super nice spot! They have a small selection on their menu which I think is great; we ordered a variety of things and they all looked amazing. The dishes were full of flavour, very well done! The staff were nice, quick and thoughtful. Definitely going back here.
Blair Radford: Buzzing place for dinner with simple yet elegant menu done very well coupled with great service. Perfect place for a casual but sophisticated dinner in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.
Andy Johns: Food was good. Wine was good. Company was good. Weather wasn't good but it's the Netherlands. Rain, rain, rain. Order the onglet steak and the 2018 gamay red wine. You will enjoy it, I promise. Get the madeleines for dessert. You will wander the canals after content in making a good restaurant choice and you never look at a bitterball again without dreaming of being somewhere else.
Drew Magid: Vibe was 10/10. Roast Beef was perfect and honestly wish we had made a second reservation for here while we are in town.
Valentina: Delicious. Always busy so either give yourself some time in the queue or plan ahead and make a reservation. I had the mushrooms and polenta. It was super tasty and so rich in flavour. I'd definitely go back again. 😍

Adn Che: The second time we are going to this place, we went on 24/11. Everything was again very good presented, wa ate well but on the way at home my wife began to feel not well. Once arrived she began to vomit. We were not sure if it was the restaurant but in the middle of the night it was my turn ! I vomit a lot, both had nausea and diarrhea. This all on black friday when we planned to shop all day, we had to stay all day at home. Very bad experience for 38€ each...Hopefully it will get better tomorrow but always be careful!
Diederik Hammer: OK buffet restaurant for a normal price. OK but not a above average large selection of food. Alcoholic beverages are included what is a plus because that is not in all buffet restaurants. Service is standard northing special. Atmosphere, let's say they tried to make it something in this area of Amsterdam.
Marcel Henningheim: Wide variety of food. All you can eat concept. Be aware that in the weekend prices are higher then on weekdays. Also, it’s big. So if you look for a cozy place, then this might be not what you’re looking for. For kids there is a special section. Quality of the (freshly prepared) food is good!

Kelsey Cheung: the seafood platter (assiette fruits de mer)is really good especially for someone who don’t like fish but love shellfish. The risotto is also very flavourful. Overall the value is very good for what you get, but the place is a bit understaffed so expect a longer waiting time
Richard Zhao: Hopefully I just caught them on a bad night. We popped in for dinner. I had the French fish soup and my wife had the seafood risotto. We tried each others food. The risotto was the most salty dish I’ve ever had, it felt like the dish contained all the salt in Europe. Fish soup was okay, there were some fish in there that I didn’t care for and a bit over cooked. But the soup tasted okay. Within 30 minutes of eating here I developed a bad case of diarrhea and have been sick all night. Personally I would not recommend.
Dan DeBrito: They have Weihenstephan on tap! (If you're tired of Heineken). Nice selection of fish dishes.
Daniel Gustafsson: Excellent quality fish dishes, amazing service. The bouillabaisse is incredible (the one on the photo was from Christmas day, so extra special!) Wonderful brasserie, recommended.
Kim Burke: This was a very nice dining experience. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The restaurant was clean and had many seating options, both indoor and outdoor. I had the seafood risotto from the warm starter menu. Thus was an incredible risotto, plenty for a meal, full of shrimp, mussels, squid, and other seafood. I also felt the prce point was very nice for the meal, good value for such a great experience.
Saffron Lim: My favourite seafood restaurant in Amsterdam. Dining here is always a pleasure with well cooked food and relaxing atmosphere. The menu here changes with the season and the restaurant practices sustainable fishing so the choice of fish changes regularly. However, no matter what type, the fish is always cooked to perfection and shellfish is tasty. Would recommend patrons try their Lobster Bisque soup and scallop starter, then to end off your meal, order an Irish Coffee. Service here is also great. Our waiter was friendly and such a cool person. It must be noted that this isn't a place to have a rushed meal. Food here is to be enjoyed and eaten at a leisurely pace. Also, as a bonus, there is a restaurant cat who makes a great addition to any dinner party.
Amin Amin: As usual when of the best seafood Restaurents in Amsterdam, do not miss it specially the branch van bearle.. delicious food, the mixed grill was amazing and scampi salad was out of this world and as always service was great.. thank you seafood bar

aaron moon: It was a very strange experience to be walked through a fish monger like atmosphere, to pick out what you're going to eat! Once you do, it's all prepared for you in their own way, after you tell them allergies or dislikes. There's not any ordering in any other way, it's all a wonderful surprise. All that said it was delicious, extremely well crafted, and of very high quality!

Yuval Shehcori: One of the most unique experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. You are greeted at the with a class of sparkling wine after which you are shown to the waiting bar area. There you can get any other drinks you like and also choose a few starters they offer like oysters and Calamari. Then you are called by the staff to choose what you will be eating at the “Theatre” area. There is a huge variety of fish and seafood to select from, and the staff helping you will tell you about how each different ingredient you choose will be prepared. After this step you are moved to a wine selection area where the sommelier will match you with wine based on your selected dishes. From there it’s on to the actual eating which was just amazing. Freshest fish and seafood we’ve had, made in clever and interesting ways. All in all, this was a perfect eating experience, but I dropped one star because they charged us for the sparkling wine and the sparkling water, even though it seemed as if it was complimentary. This might be some standard I’m not familiar with, and I might be too optimistic to think they will hand out free wine, but just something about it felt like they’re tricking you to into spending more money. All in all I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any friend visiting Amsterdam, and I will definitely be back.

As the atmosphere is lively, it's somewhere you can go with anyone, whether that's family & friends or on a date. The staff were extremely helpful/friendly. Waew Khoman: Very unique experiences at a restaurant. Once entered, you need to check in and will get escorted to the wine bar area where you can choose drinks for your table. You can also taste some wine there!! After this is done, the queue is called to the theater area where you can choose all the raw sea creatures. There is a huge variety of fish and seafood to select from, and the staff helping you will tell you about how each different ingredient you choose will be prepared. How fun!! Then we get seated at the table and starters were super quick but the rest took a bit of time. However, food tasted amazing together with their recommendations and plated beautifully so would visit again solely because it this. Scallops are deadly just because I wanted more and moreee!!!! But food can come a bit slow if the restaurant is packed full, so might be best to go during a bit off hours.
Toni Stinnett: Truly was a fish theater! I have never had a dining experience like this. It does take awhile to hear what is fresh and decide what you want to eat but the food is delicious and worth the wait. There is clearly great care taken to highlight a variety of seafood.

Alfredo Olvera: If you are an American, this place might not be for you. Do not even try to go without a reservation, they just won’t take you. Do not arrive early, they won’t seat you even if half the restaurant is empty. You come in the restaurant, they gave you a glass of champagne and seat you in the waiting area. They will then come to take you to the fish market so you can select the seafood you want to eat and the amount. They will then suggest all the ways they can prepare it. Once seated at your table they will start serving your food. I loved the whole concept. Service was great and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Make reservations ahead of time and you’ll have a great experience. We loved every dish we ordered

Ian Gills: The concept of this restaurant is different to anything I have experienced and the concept is fantastic. Unfortunately the food wasn't as great as the experience. The monkfish was the best I've ever had. The calamari was great the prawns and oysters were OK but the octopus was quite chewy. I would eat here again but i would choose different options.
