Michael IS: I went to the Holland Health Clinic for a Covid-19 fast test and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism and their personal approach. Everybody was wearing the proper attire and the clinic is very welcoming and clean. I saw that they do an interesting type of check up and are prevention minded which appeals to me very much. Another aspect which I found comforting was their linguistic capability and cultural sensitivity. I definitely recommend the Holland Health Clinic!

Nicolo' De Palo: PROBABLY THE WORST Medical Clinic in Amsterdam. It’s practically impossible to contact them: when you call you are placed in an eternal queue and you are lucky if you wait 45-60min before talking to someone. They’ve added a new platform on their website through which you can take appointments and make use of other services. The only problem is that they do not verify your profile once you sign up and you cannot use it. Totally useless. Via email is no difference, waiting for days for a reply. Avoid it at all costs!!!
Alessia Floris: I’m still a patient of this clinic because of the Dr. Camoglio, very well prepared GP, otherwise I would have changed for another clinic. This morning I had an issue that requires the consultancy of the doctor (dr. Camoglio told me last time to go to the clinic as soon as this issue had appeared again) so I’ve try to call: I’ve waited for 1 hour on the phone and nobody picked up. I’ve sent an email but no reply. It’s very difficult having health issue in this country. It’s not the first time I struggle to have an appointment. I also have to complain about the really bad manners of another doctor that I had the unfortunate chance to meet during the absence of Dr. Camoglio: a women very unpleasant and rude. I also confirm the bad hygiene condition of the clinic and the fact that that rude lady doesn’t even wash her hands before the blood collection.

Kristina Tasheva: I think this practice is possible the worst practice you could encounter. They are disrespectful twards their patients. It’s impossible to get in touch with any of them as you have to wait in line for hours. They often have an unpleasant tone while communicating and their website is not functioning properly.
ThePrince 90: The worse and most traumatic experience I ever had!! The 3 times I went there the GP couldn’t help me because of lack of knowledge!! I had to flew out of the country to recover.
Silvia Weller: Absolutely absurd waiting times on the phone. I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 days in a row and the waiting lines were extremely long. In the queue for almost an hour today and the phone gets disconnected. Big no-no guys, please get your service together.

Nima Salehi: Fantastic service, i was helped within minutes I could meet the specialist , I talked to her she asked all I could consult with here and immediately she planned a surgery , after a week i got surgery, to the point and waste of time which rarely can happen in Dutch care system
T. Meijer: On February 12, 2020 I was treated with my hemorrhoids in this clinic and the surgeon was Dr. M. de Noo. I had a lot of problems with an external hemorrhoid and after much deliberation I decided to go under the knife anyway. Prior to the operation I had a conversation with the surgeon and explained to her exactly why I wanted to do this treatment. In itself, the entire procedure up to the operation is clear and clear; only the intended result has not been achieved. I still suffer from the same external hemorrhoid (in exactly the same place and it is still the same size). So now I wonder what exactly was done, because it took about 8 weeks for the wound to heal. In other words it has been for nothing and I feel fooled and I am deeply disappointed! This clinic is therefore absolutely not recommended if you suffer from hemorrhoids.

Paula Marino: I had the best experience at Amsterdam Tourist Doctors. I am so grateful I was able to get the care needed in the middle of my vacation. I booked my appointment online and I was able to come in the next day. The staff was super helpful. The doctor was great and knowledgeable. I got the prescription needed and I got to continue with my trip :)
Marie H: I came there Monday morning with no appointment (usually you should book it online) and was examined not even 5 min after I arrived. The questions the assistant and the GP asked were evidence of their expertise. All staff members were very obliging.
Joe Naylor: After presenting to the emergency department in Amsterdam due to vomiting and having diarrhoea for around 16 hours, the nurses were quite rude and quick to essentially send us away and say it was covid, despite concerns being raised that essential medications were not being kept down. However, thankfully they did point us in the direction of Doctor Faloun. Doctor Faloun was incredible! He made his way to the hotel that we were staying in, did a quick check on my physical observations, and then provided medications suitable for the situation. I felt significantly better afterwards and we cannot thank the doctor enough. Had it not been for him, we might have had to book a later plane and pay extra for the hotel. Thank you again! :)

Jypsie Hoult: I was very disappointed with my visit to this clinic. As a traveller, I only visit doctors when I really need to. In this case, as a 26yo woman, I had shingles and was in a lot of pain. The doctor said she did not want to prescribe me pain medication as it can be addictive. If I thought panadol was helping my situation, I wouldnt have spent 55 Euro to have a doctor tell me what I was already doing. I explained that I have just finished a bottle of conjunctivitis drops, but wanted another for my travels in case it came back. The doctor said: your eyes aren’t red so I’m not giving it to you, you can use just an eye wash. I explained that I couldn’t get any eye drops over the counter the other day and she assured me I would be able to. I walked 10 minutes to the closest pharmacy, and was told that I needed a script for eye drops. I had to get a train within a few hours so I was unable to go back, also having been exhausted with the pain from the shingles.
Chris Ta: Doctor Rachel was so kind and patient with me while I was in very sore pain today and gave me the best care and instructions. She had a great bedside manner. I appreciated this clinic for the help. Thank you
