Annoying Dad: Missed out on a seat in the sun, which I would have enjoyed a lot more, and ordered a beer I wasn't completely into which was my own fault. Still, this is a great bar to have a beer in with a friendly, punky crowd. And classic punk rock toilets. There was this one bloke who starting sniffing the walls around us while we were there. He explained that used to be the smoking area. We didn't chat further.
Rebecka Samuelsson: The perfect beer place, friendly personnel, right by the water and huuuuge beer glasses
Yo Benji: A really down to earth bar. Cheap drinks and a nice seating area out the back overlooking the canal. One of the few places like this in the whole of Amsterdam. It may be a little bit out of the way if you are just visiting the city center, but it's worth it!
Shashikhan Silva Van Dijk: Chill place with nice bartenders. If you don't know about Beers or wondering what to choose you get free education and nice taste of beers from them. Has a pool table, football and some small gambling machines.
Francesco Cavina: Nice bar, good prices for drinks. They unfortunately do not have food. Still the place is a vibe, very characteristic!
Jonky Adam: Great atmosphere, affordable prices for a good selection of drinks. They take the music seriously and the garden at the back is on a canal which is unusual for Amsterdam.
Lidia: Bar with a hidden garden. The garden area is actually really nice and sunny in the afternoon/beginning of evening. Good prices. Offered me water with the wine. My Visa did not work there though.
nikola stakic: Great place off the tourist zone. Hidden gem of Amsterdam.
Jordan Makbu: Really nice bar, cool alternative vibe with a really good selection of beers on tap. Their prices are hard to beat for Amsterdam and the terrace on the canal was great on a warm day.
Tracy Rowan: The atmosphere is wild, with graffiti covered walls, tatted bar keep, and tables on a deck on a canal. Beer was great!!

jessie meijer: Nice bar! I was there the same night as the 3 people gave a 1 star review below. The bartender asked them a couple times nicely to leave because it was all-ready over closing time. He gave them a plastic cup so they could take their drink with them. When they finely went towards the exit they tried to steel something that belonged to the bar. When the bar tender saw that he wasn’t that friendly any more. And he was right! You should go there. Had a great time. I am a local too😉
Denis Huseinbasic: The worst bar in Amsterdam. If you are not a girl with double d you are not getting inside. Just keep a big distance to the bar I can not recommend it in any way!!!

Paulien Gorzynski: The worst bar ever!! We thought we could have a nice last drink here. In stead of that we didn't even finish our drinks or the bartender was already pushing us (literaly) outside cuz the bar was closing. Rude, aggressive and abusive staff also towards women. Don't go there!! There are tons of better bars in Amsterdam, as a local I know!!

Cori Meyers: Cool place with inexpensive drink and specials. Loud and lots of lights so was overwhelming to my friend but I really enjoyed being there. At times no one was behind the bar and we had to wait and others were also waiting. Good dj.
Julia Gorczynski: Worst place ever. The crew was very rude. We just ordered drinks after entering and they kicked us out after 1 min when they told us the bar was closing. They pushed us in our backs. Never experienced anything like this in my life. Such a rude behaviour towards your clients. Also the drinks are very expensive compared to other bars. I don't recommend this at all! Don't go there!!!

Leon “Gyrave” Gyrave: Good beer for a good price but the musik selection is catered towards a different audiency as mostly pop songs are played, which also is noticeable in the crowd The bartender is also really friendly
Thomas Olsthoorn: This is a horrible place. Overpriced, agressive personel and an overal rotten atmosphere. I'd rather die in agony then ever go there again. If you wanna have a good times, there are much better alfernatives in Amsterdam, take ir from a local!

Dennis de Best: A lovely place close to the water. There are many nice beers and you can get a tray of 3 small glasses of different tap beers to try them out. The staff was very kind. We will come back to try out more kinds of beer!
Meadowdoe W: Iconic spot in Brussels, it’s always packed but had to stop in to try the “beer metre”. Great beer, music and atmosphere. Bathrooms surprisingly clean.
Fran Sánchez Torralvo: From the moment we entered the place it was noticeable that the owner did not want our presence. With multiple empty tables he insisted that there was no room with very bad manners. According to him, "in the Netherlands you cannot speak Spanish." He said goodbye with an insult that I cannot reproduce here. If you come from outside the Netherlands, don't bother going to such a nasty place
Adrian Popescu: The location is pretty nice, especially for those very rainy nights. However, the poor service and the staff's rudeness makes this place recommendable only if all other pubs near by are already full. The only have biers, so don't expect to find anything else. Although they do have a lot of beers in the menu, if you want a specific, rare, one they probably don't have it on stock. Worth to mention they have only one type of gluten free beer. And it's not the best 🙈
Ignacio Tomé Ladreda: I made a reservation for 15 people on thursday for Saturday at 18.30 h. When we arrived there the guy told us they were closing at 19.00 h. When I asked him for an explanation about what they did not call me to inform he literaly said my booking was a bit strange... So he cancel the booking. But he didn't call me to inform me about the cancelation. He said they didn't have my number (I gave to them), and he added that we were only us for that time till 11 (real time they actually close) and he didn't want to work that much. They ruined our company Christmas drinks.
Upton King: Bad experience. Was so excited to visit, as their signature brew is sold at on of the bars I frequent in little Cambridge, WI. Sign on patio said that they open at 4:00, so we, and a bunch of others, dutifully waited. At 4:00 the owner/manager? came out and yelled at us that they do not open until 4:30. I pointed out that the sign says 4:00 and he got very snotty and said, yeah, well, I changed my mind! I looked at him and said, Yeah? Well so did we! We went across the tracks to a very sweet welcoming bar. Later, we did pay this place a visit. It feels dirty and dingy. We were told seating was only near the bar and someone threw menus on the table without any further information. We waited. And waited. Finally someone from our party got up, went to the bar and ordered for all of us. Beer was fine. They pour too large a head on it, though. Could have done without the attitude. We left as soon as we could. Rudeness should never be rewarded. Amsterdam, overall, has the best service. Kind, thoughtful, caring people. But not here.
Enrique Velasco: Highly recommendable for beer lovers. Huge selection of beers, don't forget to try the signature Delirium beer from the place. Surprisingly, great spot for meals as well. Tom Hejda: Great selection of tap beers -- 20 of them of various thinkable types from NL, BE and DE. Also such a nice vibe of the place!
Gueni Vaduzz: Overpriced food which tastes not good, they have a big range of beers (also 20 on tap) but also a bit pricy. The selection is good and you will find something... service was slow and not very friendly. The view to the Harbour is nice but overall not recommended.

Elizabeth Kingsbury: Very trendy out of the way cafe & craft beer emporium! Super selection of beer & radlers.. we ate outdoors at the picnic tables & experienced a beautiful Amsterdam sunset. Food was pretty decent and staff very friendly. Gave great suggestions on beer sampling. If you like the craft beer experience- go here when in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 🍻❤️💙

Super attention and cordiality. Nice people to meet not only friends but interesting people who comes from all over the world to enjoy this place, but especially to breath the Atmosphere to feel like a part of it in an original old Pub of Amsterdam.
