I definitely recommend her as a pilates teacher and having done pilates before in Amsterdam and in other cities, I would say that Deniz is the best pilates teacher I have met. Thanks Deniz for your professionalism and your caring attitude towards clients.

Best part of having classes by Deniz was her strong power of visualization of every movement. She started from scratch to teach me ‘my scoliosis’, corrected so many misbeliefs about my condition, and took care of my skepticism. If you are looking for either gaining power or building up knowledge about your body, I’d strongly recommend it. Thank you Deniz for always being present and fulfilling every moment of our classes.

Deniz is a very good pilates teacher. She really knows about the body and pays attention to your movements correcting them where necessary. I can trust her without fearing to get injuries. Even after the very first lessons, I felt more relaxed both physically and mentally. Lessons are fun even for a person like me who doesn't like sports. The studio is small but very cosy with a view on the canal. I am planning to continue having lessons from her.
