    The hotel has 213 spacious rooms. The same contemporary design and restful atmosphere is shared by the standard and superior rooms as well as connecting family rooms.

    Some of the larger rooms offer unique design features like high ceilings and mezzanine areas, while others enjoy a view over the Singel canal.

    For a hearty buffet, guests should make their way to the breakfast restaurant. And for drinks, snacks, and light meals the Patio is open daily.

    We have stayed here many times, but not since it was renovated. It is and has always been pleasant but the upgrade is tremendous! Lovely breakfast service, efficient and thorough room service, accommodating staff. And the location is ideal. We originally wanted a canal view however the room has two beds and we’d requested a king size. So we got a larger room and the bed, but street side. There was some noise at night given the central location and we were on the second floor.

    The hotel was super clean and every detail was perfect. Location, location, location. This hotel is perfectly located to all attractions and restaurants. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and would highly recommend. Make sure to request the breakfast. By far the best I have had.

    You cannot beat the location. It is central to everything--museum and other attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and capable. I will return this hotel when I come back to Amsterdam for sure.

Guests rate our location right in bustling downtown 9.4/10. On a business trip? RAI Convention Centre, Amsterdam Arena and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol are only 15 minutes away by train.

    Our rooms are fully equipped: air conditioning, private bathroom, flat screen TV with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is 100% non smoking. Coming in late or leaving early?     Located next to the Centraal Station, where you can catch the train, metro or bus to explore the city. You can reach Schiphol Airport station, RAI or Amsterdam Arena within 15 minutes. Numerous attractions in the city center are within walking distance.

    Inviting, modern and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. The ibis room has got everything you need for a pleasant stay

    The location is ideal. The only negative would be to update your carpets and put tea kettles in every room. The beds are so comfortable and the staff very friendly. I need a regular hotel to stay in, but the carpets put me off. That said, everything else is fine.

    We were met by a rude male staff member who treated me like I was a joke. We even complained about stained and dirty matress in our room and they did nothing and didnt even apologise.

    The location and the friendly staff were the best features. And it was cheaper than most other Amsterdam hotels I had considered. It was very no frills and the ugliest building in Amsterdam! Two elevator rides and a long corridor got me to a small, dated, beige room with no fridge (thank goodness for a gap between window panes where I could keep medication cool). I liked the downstairs foyer and bar/breakfast area; it had a friendly, casual hostel feel, but they started renovating it the day after I got there! Why? I’ll probs never know… although I’d possibly choose the hotel again for the train station location. Also, despite being right on top of the station, it was quiet.

    Everything was perfect from front desk check-in to the cleanliness of the room.
