Razvan Andries: Parfumerie Marjo/Parfumerie.nl is one of my top destinations for niche perfumes from Amouage and also from Xerjoff. I ordered a few times online to Germany and they sent me a ton of samples and shipped mega fast. Then I also visited their central shop in Amsterdam where you can find all the possible offers and I also got myself some goodies, see the photo :D ! Many thanks Erwin and the team, I will be back !

S A: Great service with patient, supportive, friendly, smiling team who give you enough time to look freely for the best perfume you would like to have. The prices in general are affordable. The saleswoman at the end was so generous with me to give me some samples for free especially for the perfume that I found out of stock! I forget her name but I would like to thank her so much. Natalia Pattarone: The girl from the staff that “greeted” me was extremely unfriendly, she barely looked at me like discharging me looked at my clothes like she was disgusted… As soon as I asked for 2 Giorgio Armani’s perfume she changed her face and was nice like hell. This was a horrible experience for me. I hope no one has to face her and be able to enjoy the other friendly staff several reviews mentioned, because it was not my case. Really disappointed 😥

Megan Turnbull: Terrible and rude customer service, go spend your money at de Bijenkorf around the corner. Nobody there wants to help you, much less acknowledge you. There’s also no way to try out the makeup without asking for permission 🙄I opened a drawer to find a lipstick to purchase, and then suddenly a sales associate comes running over to yell at me. After he got done freaking out, I figured since he’s there, I finally had a chance to try out some lipsticks. I ask him if I could try a shade and he was just incredibly rude and irritated with me, I just said never mind, put down my basket with makeup I had earlier picked out to buy, and walked out of the store. Went over to the makeup counters on the ground floor at de Bijenkorf and spent my money there. Much better selection and customer service. The sales associates there actually help you rather than run over and bark at you.

Paula Durnbeck: I would like to share the worst customer experience I have had. This was for online-purchasing and not in-store. I made a purchase for 3 products which were never delivered, but marked by DHL as if they were. Customer Services not only did not solve this, but a month after they stopped answering the communication regarding the complain. This has ben awful! I will not purchase anything again from Douglas.nl

Deceptive Wrench: Just a heads up ladies in wanting to look good for your date. This is my recent Benefit Browbar Waxing Experience on Sunday 11th of September 15:30 appointment. She pulled the wax strip so hard that she took my skin off. I had only few hair lines as I am trying to grow them fuller. This is how she learned doing, she said. This is how it looks 3days later. You’ll have to sign a paper a beginning of the treatment just because this complains happen. And that’s that.
Devika Nambiar: Products are sold out for weeks and not replenished and staff are neither friendly or helpful. Disappointed. Best to buy online.
