Sharief Kartodikromo: Even after a long day, the people working there were very helpful. I went during the friends and family weekend. So there wasn’t anything interesting enough for me. But understandable what to expect. Still a lot of choices nonetheless.
Romulo: Good for shoes, not so good for clothes. Usually at weekend with special deals
Ayoub Sharifi: There are good discounts there, but you have to go shopping very quickly because everyone else takes the good things
Anastasia Sizova: Horrible customer experience, the irritated guy with super elaborate hairstyle was running around angry and nervous and shouted at my husband for opening the box and trying shoes at the wrong place. I couldn’t concentrate on choosing the right pair for myself as somehow this guy was always next to me discussing loudly with colleagues his problems with horrible customers. Man is really at the wrong place and at the wrong position. Background music was turned off 15 minutes before closure and we were told 3 times that the store is closing very soon.

Ricky Chopra: Good broad choice of clothing, unfortunately not that much in Jordan section for which I went. Nevertheless good store for shoes, shirts and accessories.

Klau Diaz: It was very good for me going there, I got very nice price and amazing discount. Because I’m member of the Nike I got extra discount so was even better prices. You all can be member of the Nike, I used the Nike app to run, so that’s why I’m. I hope you all enjoy next time you go. Recommended.
Jeroen van den Berg: My 13 yo son wanted to fit a pair of shoes when a metal pricetag holder fell on the ground after he unpurposely and barely touched it. Nike employee standing next to it immediately told him off: "please be careful!" in a very unfriendly manner. I told her "he could not help that" and got the same "please be careful!" in a dictating voice whilst she was not even looking me in the eye. Then she walked away without helping him with his shoes. Despite immediately leaving the store after this we ended up buying something later on (only did that for my daughter) and the cashier was friendly and helpful but that did not save the experience.

Hendra Khu: Good place to buy Nike shoes.Helpfull and polite staff.
Lolitha Wijesuriya: walked into the store to check it out. the sales people were helpful and informed about the products. The store was not very crowded. had a limited range of products compared other mainstream Nike Stores. the store had a promo going on with a limited number of items on sale. Purchased a pair of etip gloves. Wondered around the street for a while and realized that the material made my fingers itch. Went back to the store and opted for a refund and they arranged the same immediately without any fuss.
Carlos 93: Very good Service in Amsterdam Centrum, I had a issue with a nike airforce and The Manager of the Store was super kind and Helpfull . She resolved my problem. Also one of the workers was very friendly and helped me with the selection of my new shoes.

Rene Zeldenthuis: Choice was a bit limited. Went there after buying online did not work out because of sizes. Here you can try on the clothes.

Enrico de Harder: We had a pretty bad experience. Crew was pretty rude and unmannered. Their recent procedures due to covid meant we had to endure a pretty long qeue (1hour). There was no Crew to manage the crowd. Which resulted in people jumping the qeue. Other Nike factory stores handle this in a organized and civilized way.
