Stella Makeda: Super easy to book an appointment. It had many options even for the same day. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement and it was ready in an hour. The employee was very polite and the price was fair too. Highly recommend.

Carlos Daher: Great service, I was already satisfied when they replaced my OnePlus screen. This time I went because of a faulty iPhone charging port. The guys cleaned it first and it was solved. And they did it for free. Great and honest service highly recommend.

To my surprise it was a matter of cleaning the charging port which was professionally and carefully done by the PhoneLab, and at no cost! Highly recommend the PhoneLab. Bill “BillyBub” Boskins: Super quick service, cheapest quote I had from 3 different shops and also turned out to be an official OnePlus endorsed supplier.The screen replacement was 140 euros, which also included a tempered glass screen protector and lots of tests run by the manufacturer. Simona Sandra: I had the best experience ever regarding phone reparation. I called them on the phone they were extremely nice and helpful, they explained to me everything I need to do at Sloterdijk! Later I brought it to the store in the center! The day before at a store nearby they wanted to ask €40 just to open my phone and check how water damaged it is… They do it for free here and they gave me very useful advice! I would like to thank to Walter again for making my day 🙏🏽 I would 110% recommend this place!

Satya R: Definitely recommend them. Their website is cool, you get to know how much it costs upfront. The appointment is by website and they just allow 30min appointment mostly on the same day. Staff is friendly, they do offer service out of their list of mobiles on the website. Overall a very good experience.
