Originally from Spain (Manel) and the Netherlands (Nicole), we met in Thailand years ago while studying Nuad Thai Massage (Thai Yoga Massage).

So many of us have the deep desire to slow down and connect back to ourselves. Massage is a beautiful tool to bring softness to the body & soul, through presence and touch. To, for a little moment in time, have nothing else to do then to 'be'. Just you, with all you are.

In daily life we sometimes don’t feel safe to fully express ourselves. The energy which needed to come out gets stuck in the body, creating physical tension over time. For energy to be released, it needs to come up and be felt, to move out.

Through deep body work, shaking and soft yoga stretches, we support the body, mind and heart back to a state of balance.

Together we create a safe, supportive, calming environment, which will serve as a cocoon for you to unravel and rest in.

In some specific cases, it’s not recommendable to receive a massage session.

4worldlovers: I am a naturopath, an advanced Esalen practicioner and a choreographer. I use my dance skills to give crafted body therapies. Mixed with Deep Body Work, Myofascial Energetic Release and Bach Flowers my BODYWORK is both a powerful healing practice and a form of art.

All Bodywork sessions are 2 hours long. In this time there is a space for a somatic intake, undressing in privacy, a bodywork session of about 90 minutes, a recovery rest and a somatic after talk. Different approaches and body languages are available. During the intake we will investigate together wich modality suits best you. The bodywork proposed is often a combination of different Arts and techniques organized around your needs and desires. It is possible, upon request, to experience the pure expression of one of the Healing Arts.

The best way to receive a session is to be fully undressed. The client is properly draped with a Balinese Sarong at all time and sexual areas of the body are never part of the treatment. It is also possible to wear a disposable underwear that is available at the studio. Prior to the session, you will have the time to articulate your needs and ask any questions you might have. You will be able to undress and prepare in your own privacy and, after the session, you will be given some time alone to rest and resonate with the effects of the therapy. After that, you can engage in a verbal exchange with me or resonate in silence and exit the studio in full relaxation mode.
