Elina Tim: Such a great atmosphere! Great place to meditate!!! Meditations are every Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 20:00. Actually it starts 20:30 but it’s nice to come a bit earlier, have coffee, talk with friends, etc. there are also introductions for new people! Happy times together and lots of inspiration!!!
Andrei: A nice company of buddhist meditaion practitioners. You can easily drop by for a mediation or a lecture, no prevoius experience is needed. People are relaxed and happy)) You should send them a message in advance (in FB or by WhatsApp) so they tell you what is the best time to come.

Kovács Anna: Marc is a very good coach, he is understanding and compassionate. He also pushes you just beyond your borders with a lot of respect so you can trust that nothing bad can happen through the journey but you can discover a lot of your hidden strength. Tes Schillemans: I followed the 8wk mindfulness training at All silence. Lotte is a very knowledgeable and friendly Mindfulness trainer. She creates a very nice atmosphere, which makes you feel at ease right away. Everything is good. I am very happy that I started my mindfulness journey with Lotte. Small steps, not strict with myself, everything is allowed.

She takes you step by step through your own development process. As a participant you will get a good introduction to Mindfulness in a calm way. Nice location, nice tea and a nice group of people. After the 8 week course I felt a lot better and stronger!

The practice of meditation is not difficult. Finding the time and motivation to do it, however, can be extremely hard!

One of the most effective ways to help maintain a regular schedule of meditation is to practise with others. For this reason The Meditation Cafe offers an online space to come together every morning and evening during the week. Especially in these times when it has been difficult to meet in person and when routine can be hard to find, this can be a great way to motivate ourselves to practise. Connecting with some friendly faces is also a great way to start the day.
Everyone is welcome to join, whatever your experience. There will not be a lot of instruction given during the daily practices - mainly we just gather to practise together. If you are new to meditation and would like more of an introduction to how to meditate then please get in touch and we will find time before one of the sessions to introduce the basics.
In addition to the daily practices we also offer a monthly gathering to explore the practice of self-compassion.
All of these meditations and trainings are offered free of charge so that anyone can join. If you are able to support our work, however, you are very welcome to make a donation or, even better, become a supporter.
We all need and deserve compassion, yet the person we can be hardest on is often ourselves.
Practising self-compassion can help us relax our harsh inner critic and reconnect us to our natural resources of empathy and kindness. It can help us to bear difficult situations with more patience and inner strength, leading to more resilience, confidence and contentment. We also discover that by taking care of ourselves in this way we are more open, ready and capable to practise compassion for others.
Once a month we will be exploring the practice of self-compassion in a bit more depth. We will:
—check in with how our practice is progressing and where we might be getting stuck
—support each other to make the practise of self-compassion part of our everyday experience.
Steve will be holding meditation sessions on the Mandali Experience retreats at the beautiful Mandali, in Italy . Designed for everybody, the experience combines guided meditation, yoga, periods of silence and group sessions. It is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to disconnect from the daily stresses of life and discover their own natural flow.
