Tuba Karlık: It was an amazing experience. Each of them was amazing actors actually. 👏 it would be better if we had a better group. There was couple of girls laughing laud it was very annoying. Der Tester: The Amsterdam Dungeon was the third Station of our Trip through Amsterdam on a Saturday. We started the Dungeon at around 6pm. It was a very nice and exciting trip through small hallways and very scary and nice designed rooms. They tolled us the stories of tortures and witch processes from past of Amsterdam. They actors did a very great job and it was a lot of fun seeing visitors beeing involved actively. We have been in Dungeon Hamburg and there are many paralleles visible. …its worth a visit of around 1-2 Hours for around 25€/p. P. I can recommend it.

Vladimir Milinkovic: While visiting Amsterdam... I would highly recommend visiting the Dungeons..🤣😱 be prepared to ...laugh,cry,jump out of your skin.. While learning some of the history of Amsterdam...The experience was excellent... the experience last about an hour and a half... leaving feeling satisfied with a small complementary drink before departing...🥂🤣😱 Enjoy 😘

Philippe Tachilzik: We had a great time at the Dungeon. The actors do a great job (they are excellent and play their roles magnificently), the sets are hyper realistic and the mix between scary and humorous moments is perfect. A great experience once you get into the « game »!

Sinead Harrison: We had such a brilliant experience! The staff were so incredibly helpful when we showed up at half 12 on the Wednesday when I (being the genius that I am) accidentally booked the tickets for the Thursday. They just swapped over the booking and made us feel welcomed. Can’t recommend this experience enough; you’ll remember it til the day you die!

Mubashir Chaudhry: Check in was breeze, car was clean and customer service was 5 stars. Happy weekend guys
Battal Baba: Rented a car for a weekend in March 2022. All is well with the price and the car. When returning the car at 5 am there was nobody at work, only a keydrop. I returned the car with a full tank and no damage done. Suddenly in October, 7 months later, I have been charged twice on my credit card with 14 days separation. On 5th and 19th of October for a total of nearly 300 euros. I have received no explanation for this and trying to contact Hertz is a nightmare, taking over a month to answer just to say they cannot find my booking. I then gave them the full booking information 2 weeks ago and no response since. I am working with my bank as we speak to chargeback this scam they have done to me.

Oline Ranum: The expeditor at the counter were impatient, somewhat rude and very unhelpful. Besides this she claimed that no car rental service would rent me a car without a credit card in the Netherlands, it took me five minutes to realize this was completely false. Go to Europcar right down the street, they are way nicer and know their field of expertise.
Julien de Bats: Worst rental company ever. Got a very old car for paying 200 EUR per day. Helpdesk didnt inform us about extra mileage. Had to pay 2300 EUR for 4 days, of which we only drove a total of 5 hours during that stay. Go to Europcar, they offer unlimited mileage and paid the same price for a whole month.

Chris E.: This rental office from Hertz is highly recommendable. The staff is always friendly and professional. They help you promptly and the cars are in good shape and well kept. Much better as from the competition. I once received a bill which was too high (human mistake) That mistake was solved swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. Mistakes can happen. It’s the way how you solve them which makes all the difference. In short: Do rent here. You will not be disappointed.

claire fox: Can’t fault it... We had a fantastic 90min tour of the city & saw some amazing sights we would never have come across on foot. There wasn’t a lot of talking but this wasn’t what I expected or wanted, it was a quick buzz round the streets to take in different sights & a few informative points of interest. Would highly recommend...
Melissa Leistra: For my birthday we went touring through Amsterdam on the segways. After finding out that my segway skills were limited (afraid of driving anything besides a car or bike) the guide was very helpfull and suggested an safer route. I have read the comments where people complain about the money in case they damage the segways, personally I disagree that that is unreasonable. The segways are not cheap, and maybe the rules are there to make sure not everyone steps on one. It is the same with renting a car or bike, it is not yours so you should be carefull. Besides, as stated before, I am very clumsy and did not damage the segway, so it is not that hard. I had a wonderfull time and really admired the calmness in which the guide tried to teach me. And even gave me a compliment when I achieved - after practicing for 30 minutes - driving on a normal speed (Yeah I am that bad). We will come back next year in the spring when it is less cold!
ליאת אבידן: We arrived at 13:30 3 friends to book a tour. The guy in the store told us to come back at 16:30 to join a tour. We wanted to pay in advance but he told us its o.k. and that we will pay before we start the tour. About 16:20 we came to the store only to find out that he sold our tour to another group of travellers and that we will not be able to go on the tour. Unfortunatly it was our last day in amsterdam and we could not book another tour in a different company. Do not come near this store. Apperantly he sells to who ever pay him more and does not respect his own words. Look out of that store!!!!

Davide Santi: Very good place and people and would definitely go back if needed. Ideally located between the very centre of Amsterdam and the highways, you can get here on foot if your hotel is nearby. Alexandra was overloaded with work the first day, but she was helpful and kind and went out of her way to help us both when we took the car and especially when we were back. There was a train strike that day and we asked if we could return the car in Schiphol airport insted of their place. Alexandra spoke with the front manager Daniel to grant this benefit to us for free and he kindly agreed. Top !

Alexander Bischof (AlexBinary): Unfriendly staff. Was not interested in finding a solution since our creditcard was not accepted. There where no other options for us availible so we missed out a big part of our main reason why we even traveled to the Netherlands. Never again! Next time we will plan everything with public transport.
