Andrea Mertaadi: Richard is an absolute legend. He was very informative about what needed to be done to my hair (I have thick & curly hair that had been neglected for far too long), he answered all of my questions that I had about maintaining thick & curly hair and that helped me out extremely. Response: What a horrible post with inaccuracies. Customer is always king at Salon Zuid. Your sister was 40 minutes late without calling or answering her phone. We then helped her even though we had already booked the agenda. She was gray and she wanted her regrowth done and bleached. We did her regrowth but after some testing her hair couldn't be bleached because she colors her hair herself with paint from the Etos (dark brown). Your sister was extremely rude and impudent and didn't know what she wanted. The customers in the salon thought it was a disgrace how your sister behaved. After the coloring I asked your sister to leave and she didn't have to pay. Customers were not comfortable with your sister and neither were my colleagues. Unfortunately it had to turn out that way, but I think you should check the story again with your sister, otherwise you can always call me or come by. Greeting, Sophie Salon South
