Mohammad AlTunaib: This is by far the most elaborate and well designed escape room I’ve ever been to. The game starts even before you arrive and the thrill is just wild! With extreme effects, rooms and props you truly feel you are part of the game. This escape room is well engineered and is worth every penny, and the host is extremely welcoming and fun. Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
siddhesh kapileshwarkar: I went here for a date night with my wife. We took the architect room. The reception was quick. The lady explained things to us quickly and led us to the main room. The puzzles were really good and engaging. One of the best experiences i had. Would definitely come back for the Vault.
E T: The Vault is the BEST Escape Room I’ve ever done! If you love Escape Rooms, go here. If you’ve never done one, start here. We had such a great time. The host was fantastic, the production design was incredible, the venue is amazing, the puzzles are so much fun… I can’t rate it highly enough. We can’t wait to come back and explore the other rooms!
Response: Thanks E! Delighted to hear it! When did you play? We’re working hard on our new experience to launch later this year and if our calculations are correct, I think you’ll love it as well! Our first room The Architect is lovely too; not as elaborate as The Vault but it has a nice story and some cool challenges.
Makayla Freriks: 10/10 recommend if you live near/are travelling to Amsterdam. They had offered 2 different escape rooms (The Vault and The Architect) to which we chose to do the vault. It was absolutely one of the funnest things we have done. We had to race the clock and use logical thinking to solve the puzzle rather than just a simple “the code is hidden on the back of the door” scenario. Guido one of their employees was also incredible such an enthusiastic and passionate person. We didn’t complete the vault in time so he was kind enough to take us through the last few pieces of the puzzle. This truly was bang for your buck and I highly recommend.
André Ferreira Marques: Super Escape Room with very motivated and professional staff. We, 4 people, played the room "The Vault" and are absolutely thrilled - We were in another world for about 80 minutes. Very well designed concept from start to finish: Great spaces - super story line - very good level of the riddles! The next time we visit Amsterdam, we will definitely play the second room.
Hamster Ball: We did the Vault. This was the #7 best Escape room from 2018. It was fantastic. This is a more immersive role in which you have to talk to a few people. The setting where the Vault takes place cannot be beat. The location is near the center of town. This is a destination escape room that you must do if you visit Amsterdam.

Elena Guerin: This is by far the worst place I’ve ever played a room in. And I played over 100 rooms… We tried first The chocolate factory which logic is really bad thought. We we’re really disappointed in the room. We decided to give it another try with the cabin in the woods. And nothing was better…. Some mechanisms were already opened when we entered the room, we managed to open a door to continue the game but our game master interrupted saying that this was not the time for us to open that door. She proceeded by entering the room and closing the door we just opened. When we brought up our discontent at the end of our game, the answer of the game master was « anyway you wouldn’t have gone out ». Sure, but it’s not the problem, the problem was the room not working at all and the logic behind it poorly thought. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to play one of these two rooms.
Roee G (FR): Bad bad bad!! Chocolate factory puzzle- Puzzles with no logic and you can’t solve them in the time limit you are given. It is dependent on the game master too much. Really bad puzzles don’t go near here no matter how bored you are. Waste of money.
Sarah: We did an amazing wizard theme escape room. Very clever riddles and it was very big.
Blake Haskell: We had a really great time here and the staff here were a lot of fun! We had some technical issues with our escape room and some of our clues were provided in Dutch (the attendant forgot we were English speakers), but this was still a 5 star experience! Had they not have been fully booked we probably would have done another room straight away. Would highly recommend and will be returning! Escaped from midnight magic with 18 seconds to spare.
Jannike Schultz: We had a great time playing the flying dutchman. As former gamemasters ourselves we thought that the riddles were really fun and intuitive. Our Gamemaster Dilys was especially nice and helped us throughout the game whenever we had questions or were stuck somewhere. We definitely would recommend this room if you are in a smaller group of mixed experiences with escape rooms and of course if you are Pirates of the carribean fans. Thank you for the great experience!

Ali Murat Ayar: My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday at Escape World, theme Midnight Magic with 5 of her friends. They had a lot of fun and good time solving various puzzles to get from one room to another.

Suchandra Sen: We went for our team building event. We were a big team and we did 3 rooms - Judgment Day, Steampunk Adventure, The Curse. All of us enjoyed the rooms. The puzzles were good, mostly logical and the ambience nicely reflected the themes. Cannot tell more without giving much away. There are big lockers whose keys you can take in with you. The reception area could be more interesting:) We got our photos clicked after we were done and it was emailed to us later that day.
Adam Blackwell: We are experienced players. Played both Steampunk and Judgment Day with 2 players and escaped both rooms. They are very well designed with multiple rooms and excellent puzzles. Do these games-you won’t be disappointed.
tal israeli: Wow! What an awesome escape room. We did Steampunk Adventure. It was said to be a difficult room. We managed to get out after 71 minutes, out of 75 minutes we were given. The riddles were smart and cool. We only got clues when needed them. Would definitely go to another escape room with them on our next visit. Super recommended for escape room fans.
J S: Absolutely Fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed it . My self and 2 other mates played it while we are visiting Amsterdam from England. We had 1hr 30 mins time limit to escape. Where we escaped in 1hr 25 mins . Without asking for any clues/hints. Which is apparently really good for beginners The games were really fun and involving. Definitely would advise anyone to try on cost to Dam .
Nicolae Arhip: We went to the SteamPunk adventure. It was better than expected. The puzzles were interesting and not too obvious. The decorations were nice following the same theme. 1h and 30 minutes flew by really fast. It`s a good activity for small groups or to go with a bunch of friends.
Aleksandra Laryushina: We tried the Steampunk adventure and it was honestly one of the best escape quests we have been to (out of almost 200). Non standard and not repeating themselves tasks, great atmosphere and non invasive support from administrators (help only provided when needed)
Robbie Cohen: Sergei is the absolute best!! And the escape room was really fun and engaging and not overly and unnecessarily complicated, and it fit with the story line really nicely. The Goldilocks zone of escape rooms, I’d say! Thank you Sergei!
Maria Isochenko: What a cool place! My boyfriend and me were visiting Amsterdam and as one of the experiences we went to this escape club. We completed an escape room called Sector, which is in fact not one room where you try to solve some tasks to escape but several rooms inside of one quest with different goals and tasks in each of them. It needs much team work, brains to solve questions and some physical tasks where you need to jump, run, etc. So different and cool😍 There are two difficulties - normal and hard, for team of 2 we would recommend normal one and if you are more - do hard one, as it is more challenging but also more interesting. Also we played VR game about zombies which is a shooter where you have to kill zombies in order to survive. Visuals were so real and you could also feel something with the equipment. Especially when zombies started attacking at the first time I got really scared when one touched me because I could feel it with the vest they gave to me😹🧟♀️ So, both games were so much fun, if you like physical games do both. In addition to sports first one is more to use your brain and second one to laugh! 100% recommend to visit

Suchandra Sen: I visited Game Over with a few of my colleagues for a team building activity and it turned out very enjoyable for all of us. The decor in the reception area is scary. Make sure to not let the weak hearted ones in your group walk in alone!😃 We were received warmly by one of the owners who introduced us to the escape room and our specific room - The Montezuma temple. We were 6 people, but I think 4-5 is a more productive group size. We were told that this room particularly was difficult, and we also used some help, but we sure had a lot of fun solving all the puzzles. There are restrooms and lockers for your stuffs. I will come back for the other rooms for two reasons - this room was much fun and the owner was very nice.
Nathan “Nate” Smart: Went to Amsterdam for a stag and ended up doing two escape rooms. We did the zombie one and the girl next door. Both are extensively well decorated to immerse you into the story of the room. Incredibly interactive surroundings with lots of twists. Puzzles are good with enough red herrings to get you thinking but not lead you of course too much. They will keep you on your toes and not for the faint hearted.
Kyle Maloney: I played two rooms here while visiting Amsterdam. Both rooms were really fun and exciting! Having played a little over 200 rooms, these were easily some of the best. The themes, puzzles, and staff were all great. 10/10 would recommend for enthusiasts and beginners!
Lenaick gouriou: We just got out and are still thrilled by the experience. The rooms are very immersive and the enigmas are fun and intriguing. The staff is also very nice and are clearly passionate about their jobs. Dont hesitate a second if you want to spend a good evening with friends or family in Amsterdam ! Note : the game are available in English as well for foreigners

Lieke: We just finished the money heist room. We had a lot of fun with challenging puzzles that took all 4 of us to solve, but made it very satisfying to reach the end with all the money and gold. Very nice staff who took the time to go over our experience and explained parts of the room after. Very fun that we could use the masks, guns and overalls for a true money heist picture. I definitely recommend this room!
Lili Bachmann: My partner & I did an escape room for the first time. We played "The House Next Door" and the atmosphere of the room was great! The owner was very patient with us and helped us when we got stuck. The first part of the room was, in our opinion, more difficult than the second part. But overall we recommend this spooky escape room with 5 stars.

Thomas W.: Amazing horror experience. We did the amsterdam catacombs, which plays in the real catacombs of an old church. This is not a traditional escape room. The immersive story plays a key role here. It is supported at all times by the extremely detailed decoration, a very dense and creepy atmosphere, great puzzles and especially the awesome "game masters". Everything flows together so well. My new favorite "escape game" and definitely worth the weekend trip to Amsterdam.
Giovanni Leone Parmigiani: It was an Amazing experience! First of all, Coby, the host is incredibly taken by the character and makes you feel completely the aura of darkness that a presenter to an escape room shall have! The experience itself is seriously complex and you will need the help of all your fellow mates to solve the puzzle ahead of you. Highly recommend !
