Emma H: absolutely terrible experience. I had 2 blazers, one pair of pants to be cleaned and one pair of pants to be fixed as the button had come off. I came at the time I was told to pick up, only to be told I need to wait another 20 minutes for the clothes to arrive. once I received them and went home, I realized that the clothes were in the exact same condition that I had dropped them off in. the button was still missing and the other clothes were still dirty, as if they had not been cleaned at all. when I tried to explain this to the owner, he gave me a lecture that he had been doing this for 17 years, and maybe it was my clothes that were the problem(???) and kept reiterating they weren’t stain cleaning, but it wasn’t stains that were the issue. the clothes were not cleaned. if you are looking for quality service, go elsewhere.

Yuanyuan Zhang: We sent 5 suits and 2 coats for dry cleaning. After we picked them up and took the plastic cover, it smelled terrible - it smelled like an uncleared pig farm - no kidding! We tried leaving them out for a night, but the smell did not go away completely. We took them back next day but the guy working there said he could not smell anything and blamed us for not bringing everything back immediately! Unbelievably irresponsible!!
Alex Kalyvitis: We brought our curtains here about a month ago for shortening. To my surprise I now see a seam across the curtain which was not there before. It looks like it was cut at the wrong length, then they realized it was not the right length and sawn it back together. Not only did I spend 50 euros for a terrible service, they’ve ruined my curtains, and didn’t even feel like telling me about it. I had to discover it myself later on. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.

Martin Fibbe: I live on Keizersgracht close to thier shop in Jordaan on Westerstraat. I bought many suits, Jacket and coats from Tommy Page on Prinsenstraat 7. He told me to use the service here. I went to London and bought many clothes from there. I came to them with 10 clothes to let them adjust everything for me perfectly, professionaly, amazingly and very excellent job. The owners are father and sons very friendly and good what they have been doing. This is only one place to be for me as lomg as I shall live. I also do dry cleaning with them too. But after explaining my odd idea, they did an excellent and beautiful piece. The work was beautifully done, with perfect details. I'm a very happy customer, who will certainly keep them as my default tailor now!
