KC Hong: Just don’t. Unless you feel like getting scammed. There isn’t a price list so ask before you order anything. Two cans of cokes can cost anywhere from €7 to €10 depending on how much they feel like charging at that moment. Got a medium sized churro here for €15.
Johan Anhal: We bought a choclate looking ”waffle” with creme and strawberrys. We could tell that the premade ”waffle” was old by the taste. The staff was not service minded at all and could care less about their customers. They’re in it for the tourist money. STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE!
Charlene: Don’t bother even going, asked him a simple question which was how much is the waffles, and he literally ignored me and gave me the dirtiest look ever and asked the next customer what they want, what type of service is that! He did this infront all the customers, how rude. Don’t recommend if they cannot answer a simple question for a new customer.
Morice Martinez: Had some time to kill before the church opened and I’m lucky I came here. The coffee was excellent, and the guys behind the counter were friendly. Got a delicious kiwi honey crepe that fueled me for the rest of the day. If you’re in the area, stop by and say hi for me. Harasho.
Thomas Lee: Bad customer service and very rude. We ordered a lot food from them and my daughter had food from somewhere else and they kicked her out and coul Very rude!
Christina Simpson: Quite expensive, but nevertheless I would still give it 4 stars because they were efficient serving us and the food was lovely! They had a good selection of toppings and sweet snacks, as well as drinks and crisps and other edible items. The seating area was nice, stylish and not too crowded.
rinita daniel: Worst pancake i ever had.Just a cold, hard, extremely sweet something.Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Minyoung Hyun: I did not know that waffle is stone cold dish. Waffle+small water is 11Euro. I should have checked reviews before making order
vasy Gigio: -5 not recommended, old food. Schifo, stay away!!

Alyona Zh: Service - Polite workers. It takes time to grap sweets because place is crowded. Food - Good looking desserts, quite tasty. They also have sandwiches. Cool that they have their brandy chocolate cards. This shop places in touristic place, be ready to wait a bit (we were waiting around 4-5 minutes). Also they have a terminal for ordering which makes the ordering process easier.
Akshita K A: This is a beautiful patisserie and you would want to try all the goodies in it. We tried the cheese croissant and one of their custard buns - both were yum. We were too full to try anything else! This is a great stop while you are strolling through dam square.
Hassan Salah El-Din: One of the best dessert places in Amsterdam! Their pancake is A MUST! Loved the churros and had a delicious croissant filled with custard and topped with strawberry.
Farouq S. Aldilaijan: Touch the screen to order. No waiting. Eat standing. Easy ordering by clicking on the screen. New way of ordering. Friendly staff. Delicious churros. Never taste similar to it. I have tasted many churros around the world; this the best ever. According to sales person churros’s dough took the owner around 10 years to come with special dough recipe. They use nuts oil to make this churros.
J. Shaw Renner: We stopped here on our exploration in Amsterdam Netherlands. We had some really tasty pastries for our quick breakfast, before resuming our adventure around Amsterdam. I suggest you stop in when in this city. The pastries are delicious!
Soner Hosoglu: This place is fantastic. Taste is wonderfull. You have to eat whatever you want here If you come to Amsterdam.
Kiira Amechi: YUMMY and quick! If you like churros or sweet things you must go. Best pastries ever. My picture of the churros had already been dug into by the way :)

Its Walaa: Oldest waffles place in Amsterdam just on point! I orders the fruity waffle with ice cream scoop and kinder chocolate chip 🤤🤤🤤🤤 it’s just wow!!! Their coffee is super as well! I recommend as best waffles place in AMS♥️
Lea Murciano: If you want to enjoy some sweets such as crêpes, waffles, churros and way more, you have to go to Sweetella, it’s, according to me, the only shop in Amsterdam that is not for tourists, everything is made a la minute and not just ready and heated like everywhere else in Amsterdam. Also, the personal is really friendly and nice. I definitely recommend sweetella the one and only
Rachel Ray: Wow 👏 we ordered the special for two. We were so surprised when the lovely lady brought it down to the table. Fantastic 👏 and the customer service was amazing
Viraj Patel: Absolutely amazing desserts and the staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
Jasmine Tan: We had a DIY poffertjes and the man serving us had impeccable service! He shared with us which unique toppings he recommended and they were indeed good!!! We also went during World Cup season and got to know the owner owned the bar beside so we could enjoy our poffertjes and watch the soccer match
Tiffany Simpson: Banana and Nutella crepe…freakin amazing! The people in the shop were awesome…especially the guy from Italy. Highly recommend!

Voxel: Wish I could give -star for this horrible shop, no prices and he charged me 30euros for 4 waffles and a drink. After I seen the receipt I went back because he failed to show me the price and asked if this was correct and if so I wanted a refund he said it was and he couldn’t because I payed by card (Dutch card aswell so makes even less sense). The worst shop I have ever encountered in Amsterdam and any other city or country I’ve even been to what a absolute scam! And seeing the other reviews this shop shouldn’t even be a thing.
C L: Minus stars. Worst place ever. 25 euros for 10 churros? Didn’t have the balls to say no. Guy heard us talking about the price and told us ‘it’ll be okay’ and spoke about how he has a business to run. Took the chance and the churros were very below average. Very nice for about 2 minutes and then go stale and hard and horrible. Super greasy too. Do not recommend at all. Ask prices before buying. Only time being ripped off in Amsterdam. Plenty of other ice cream / waffle houses - 6 euros for 10 churros in some places. Do. Not. Go. Here.
Paulo Mendes: Prices not displayed. 10 € for an okay waffle is just abusive and theft. Also no card payment.
Jen C: Would not recommend. Prices are not displayed and for this alone takes advantage of tourists. (Almost €18 for 3 icecreams! Two 2 scoops in a cup and One 1 scoop in a cone). I have lived in and around Amsterdam for years and know the local prices and just because I spoke English I think he overcharged, thinking I was also a tourist. When I disputed the pricing of the icecream and asked for a receipt he gave me a short receipt with just the total amount that I paid and not what it had cost per ice cream scoop. He also stated "cash only" after I gave my children the ice creams to hold (and lick!) whilst I paid- luckily my daughter had cash otherwise we wouldnt have been able to pay. Also always check your change returned. There are no clear signs for payment or pricing. Just beware and ask before ordering!!
Gold Dog: Stay away! Place is a total rip off! 17 euro for ice cream cone and 2 small stroopwaffles. Guy is a sheister who takes advantage of unsuspecting tourists. Worst place ever!
Yipeng Luan: terrible place to go. 15 euro for one waffle. there is no price displayed and only tastes sugar.
Ashley Gross: Absolutely a rip off- no prices listed and when it came to paying the cashier stated no cards (we did not see any signs and only had American $$), he wanted to rip us off for the exchange rate, on top of almost 78 euro for 5 ice cream cones, 1 cup of ice cream and a waffle with ice cream on it.
Dennys Camacho: 24.50 for a cheese cake and a waffle. I was shocked once I checked my phone after leaving the store. There’s no prices on display don’t go is a scam.
