J Kolb: Did a really great course - Furniture making entry level - here. Peter was our course guide and I have rarely seen someone with so much passion (and patience for us :) ). I highly recommend the course!
Luca Bartolini: Great concept and great implementation. A place when you can have access to machinery and room for any of your DIY needs. They also offer really good courses, ranging from "being a handyman" to woodworking, furniture making and plumbing. Would recommend to anyone!
Charles-Axel Dein: Helpful staff, lots of machine and tools, great prices. Perfect for hobbyists!
Peter Hanselmanw: Don’t know what I would do with out this place :)
Dirk Den Hertog: Nice workshop with skilled and nice people. Where you can work for yourself and have something made. For reasonable payment
Erwin Mulder: Spent 4 hours here with a boat with 3 men and literally 1 time used electricity and some green soap, had to pay €86?! What a scammer, not recommended.
Thijmen van der Steen: Very nice place to work! Many machines and good guidance, for a very reasonable price per part of the day.
Merlijn Toussaint: Friendly people, good machines, just a nice place to work!

Eise van Maanen: Great place, vibes and teacher! Umut is a really open and friendly guy who actually knows a lot about wood and even the history of woodworking. So I would say its the perfect match between theory and actually working with your hands!
M Stauff: I was looking for speaker stands and came across Espenaer. After a nice and inspiring conversation Espenaer developed three ideas for the stands which we discussed in detail (what kind of wood for which parts etc.). The final result is even better than I expected. A unique piece of furniture: very functional while looking like a truly handcrafted piece of art.
David Zetland: I took courses een en twee from Umut and learned a lot! It’s slow going so don’t rush but worth the time to learn to use the tool correctly.
David Newyen: Super nice workshop with a very relaxed vibe. Umut is very helpful and patient when explaining.
Tasos Kokkos: Great space with a great host to teach you all you need to get going with woodworking!
S F: A fun and interesting experience - even for someone who had never done anything like this before. Try it!
King Frank: Nice beautiful place to visit

Cor Poldermans: What a great vocational school. Atmosphere at class teachers and students great. If I had encountered this 40 years earlier, this would have become my education.
Lucia De visser: This school has a good reputation, but if you are in your final year and you want to continue, the students usually receive a negative advice or you are expelled from school because it is not to the liking of coordinators and managers as they call themselves and there is then no way to go. consult their will is law so pathetic they are the teachers are good and there you also learn what also found out that they give negative advice if you have applied for a company they call it underhanded you mind your own business at school
papi pieter: Always nice to be called a monkey by your mentor
Lesther Grootjen: Been to expo. Clear walking route and not too busy. Hope to see beautiful homemade things.
Kees Klaassen: great school. Great facilities and a great atmosphere. Beautiful pieces of work are made here.
Ralf De Wit Zakelijk: After four years of training, I really dare to say that my daughter has learned a trade. Interior consultant with an excellent final exam paper in which she was able to show all facets of the profession.
harry barry: Tomas is a bald king
Conny Roos: Great school, nice students, friendly and safe atmosphere, great teachers and beautiful expo at the end of the school year. 🌹
Bram Bekkers: HMC vocational school is one of the better vocational schools, if not the best vocational school, in the field of wood and interior. The specialist teachers, beautiful facilities and good location make this school an absolute winner for every student who wants to do something with wood or interior.

Aleksandra K: I recommend this place to all of my expat friends! I have completed three courses and after 6 weeks of intensive lessons I can easily understand conversations in Dutch and, what is even more important, I can speak! The course program is very practical and has all the needed everyday-life vocabulary, and all the teachers- is just ONE BIG LOVE! They are super professional, funny and amazingly friendly! The atmosphere in the class is very warm and classes are of only 5-6 people, which is super nice!
Kinga K-wicz: Dutch Courses Amsterdam is a great school to start your Dutch journey as well as to master your Dutch skills. I have already taken 5 intensive courses (A1-B2) and I am very satisfied with all of them. The teachers are experienced, passionate professionals who share their knowledge in a very accessible way. I truly recommend this school for anyone who values high quality teaching in an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere.
Andrew Smith: I completed two intensive courses and plan to do a third. The school is down to earth and really focused on teaching Dutch effectively. The teachers are passionate and very experienced. The classes are kept very small which means you stay very engaged and have a lot of opportunity to speak and participate.
Colleen: Highly recommend loved the beginner intensive course. Their style of teaching was fun and effective. Grammar in the morning and conversation in the afternoon. Lovely Small Group. If you’re thinking of learning Dutch this is the spot to do it.
Soren MN: Was recommended this school by two of my coworkers who both agreed this was a really good place to start learning Dutch. I have to agree! I took the semi-intensive A0A1 course at the school and you do learn a lot in just one class. I especially like the grammar classes because you learn how to structure your sentences and Dutch starts to make a lot of sense. We had Bob for grammar, which is great because he’s very patient and you just feel comfortable speaking in Dutch in his classes. I missed a few classes in between, but the exercise book itself is very helpful and explains things clearly enough for you to get ahold of the basics. One thing I would say is that if you choose to do a semi-intensive course, it would be good if you already know how to at least pronounce things in Dutch because the classes are pretty fast. And if English is not your strongest suit, then it can get overwhelming so you might want to opt for the slower course instead. All in all, highly recommend (and there’s also a cute dog next door).
Sawan Mahindrakar: I completed the two week in person beginners Dutch course and had a wonderful experience. Roos, Kurt and Bob were all excellent instructors. I have been in the Netherlands for 5 years and had a lot of random Dutch words floating in my brain and this course helped me understand the basic structure of Dutch grammar and day to day conversations. Every class on each day was split between a grammar session and conversation session. This format was very helpful, there was a lot of practice by speaking and helped me get over the initial hesitation to speak in Dutch. Highly recommend DCA and their wonderful team.
Jamie Marsh: I attended a 2 week intensive course here A2-B1. We covered a lot of material in-depth, the structure of the book and division of lessons into grammar and conversation worked really well. I have improved my knowledge and confidence massively with the help of Angelique & Lennert respectfully. Signed up to the next course already, would highly recommend.
