Creator: Extremely disappointing delivery, I feel robbed. All toppings were missing, all sauces were missing, one of the side dishes was wrong, presentation was extremely unappealing, buns were sloppy. The normal fries were so sloppy that they went straight into the trash. We ordered through Uber Eats. After calling the restaurant, the person picking up told us that they were extremely busy and that one of the cooks was sick. Then you shouldn’t accept any orders. I would have happily waited another hour instead of receiving this disappointing mess. The manager apologized but said he couldn’t do anything for me due to the busyness. I applied for a refund of €60 (for only two people!), but only got refunded €8 for the missing items. Absolutely horrid experience, I feel like I have been robbed. Never ordering from this place again.
Dottore 1964: With my wife and daughter we went for dinner in this hamburgers restaurant where we had already been years ago and located in the De Pijp district of Amsterdam with only a few tables inside as they work a lot with take-away service and we ate the same hamburger. The Butcher with cheese with raw Aberdeen Angus beef, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, gherkin & the burger sauce very good abundant flavor with excellent grilled mozzarella as a side dish. You order at the cashier, you pay and then a waiter brings the orders to the table the staff very kind welcoming competent smiling fast service and expensive prices but adequate to the quality of the hamburgers

Amr Zureikat: The place is very nice and the food experience there was very good. The staff makes the burger in a proper way. If you care about the having proper meat burgers this is a place to go to, you won't regret it! But one thing that you need to keep in mind, dinning in experience is a bit smoky as the ventelation is not as good in the place specially if it was busy.

burak kazar: I really love it. The Butcher with Cheese was perfectly balanced and juicy. However Lamb Burger was a bit dry for my taste. Sweet potato fries should be signature item of the restaurant. Will be there again!
Francis Chung: Outstanding burgers and fries. The Crazy Chick was the best crispy chicken burger I ever had. The explosions of flavour and juices as you bite into the “chick” is almost indescribable. The portions of fries was very generous. On a normal day, there is no way I would finish the fries. They have a menu deal until 1600 Mon to Fri that includes a selected menu of burgers, sides and a drink for under 15 euros Finally, I want to mention that the staff working there seemed like a jovial happy bunch. Happy Staff -> Happy Lunch
__ kit: The burger was great and the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had. Only dropped a star because the front staff, though very friendly and had good customer service, was handling food without gloves. I did notice yesterday the front staff slipped on gloves when she had to help with the food wrapping.
Dessi Veltcheva: Although the front staff was welcoming we had some issues with this place. First we waited over 20 minutes to get our order..they keep forgetting our orders and it was not very professional. After our food finally came we had to wait then for our chips and it was just very underwhelming. The toilet is behind where they are cooking and it felt unhygienic to have to walk through food that was being cooked and prepared. Another issue was with asking for free water. We asked if we can have our water bottle filled since this has been quite common practice everywhere. The staff said he cannot due to covid…and had to pay for water instead. If the price is cheap I get it but €3.10 for small still water was a joke… Also the seats are very uncomfortable and no where to put your coats on. Also plastic waste on ketchup and mayonnaise is bad. You should just have bottles people can add as they want. They offered us free beer for the delay but sadly we will not be back again.

Ryan Milton: High quality fast food. Burgers were great, fries were amazing. Dining-in is limited as mostly bar-type seating with a few tall tables that seat 4 each. Service was fine but waiting staff run round shouting out order numbers so you need to pay attention for yours. Giving out order number signs when dining in would make this a more relaxed experience.
Khalid Alrabiah: Amazing burger place! Tried the crunchy fried chicken burger "The hot chick". It was very delicious. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, onion rings, and french fries. They were all very good and I recommend them all.

Koutianww: The place is very spacious inside with nice decorations and music. Especially in the late evening, the light changed and they started playing songs that made it almost turn to a club! They had a lot of different types of burgers, which is nice that we had many different options but the burger we ordered was average. we ordered the Daddy burger with the butcher sauce but it seemed that they just forgot to add any sauce.
Nirmala Bridgelalsingh: This is a beautiful bar with a great atmosphere because it's a nice balance between bar and restaurant. It was really fun to watch football there and the service was excellent! Non alcoholic cocktails are quite nice, the chicken dishes were okay but perhaps could use a bit more balance. Would still recommend for a chill hang-out spot!
Steinar Johansen: Had a late lunch here on a rainy Monday. No problem getting seats. Most likely busier on weekends and in good weather since there’s a large terrace here. Had a cheeseburger with added bacon. The meat was tasty. It was too tall to eat with your hands and it was stacked in a way that made it fall apart when eaten with knife and fork. So there’s that. But all in all a tasty burger. Fries were very average. Fine. Nothing special. Beer selection is nothing special. Staff were friendly and service quite good.

Lee Shalom: You need to take a ferry of 3 min from across Amsterdam Central Station. The interior is nice, bit crowded but decent distance between tables. The waiters are proffesiona and responsive. Had the daddy burger along side sweet potato fries - Best combo!
Kirsten vdM: We reserved via the website for breakfast and to sit outside. We're not guests of the hotel. When we arrived we were not allowed to sit outside, while the weather was great. Reason was that breakfast is only served inside. Well then don't allow to make reservations to sit outside?! The eggs Benedict was nice but very small. The staff seemed to want us to go away really fast I wouldn't recommend coming here for breakfast if you're not a guest. The peanut butter smoothie is delicious!
Danielle Fraser: We visited the butcher social club for NYE and was blown away but the attention to detail and service. Every guest was greeted with a NYE goody bag and we were also given 2 free shots of our choice. The DJ played excellent music for New Years and the food was delicious. My party of 4 all had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. When midnight struck we had the best view in the house of all the fireworks displays that went off over Amsterdam (14 different displays in total!). Would highly recommend!
avital: Very nice decor, staff is polite and attentive. The boozy milkshake was incredible, the truffle burger was delicious and the crispy chicken was pretty good. Also the prices aren't too high for the wonderful view you get of the ocean.

Marco: Staff has been super unfriendly. Not willing to help to find the products. One staff member literally told me it takes too much time to talk to me. For your sake I hope you don't have to close your store during lockdown. This arrogance calls for a humbling experience.

Thu Tra Bach: Friendly staffs with large range of meat - you can find almost every type of pork, beef or chicken products here (meat or organs). The price and quality are good too - the pork meat does not smell terribly like normal supermarket products and they sell them in both small and big piece.
Angela Fleur Brown: Never buy my meat elsewhere. I moved out of walking distance but happily come back, well worth it. The staff always give advice if you need it and the butchers are happy to cut/prep meat to size if you have certain requirements. Excellent products, service and cleanliness.

Andy Mitchell: This an excellent butcher. It's famous for its high quality meats at low prices. They also specialise in South American butchery. If you need a beef picanha for your next BBQ, Kema Vlees will have it.

Emma R.: The Cowboy was a very good Burger and the sweet potatoe fries were amazing. The vegan one and the mozzarella sticks were also very good.it’s was definitely not cheap (2 burgers+ 2 side 35€) I would recommend to come after 2 pm during the week- it’s less busier in the food Hallen.

Rebekah Harris: Good Burger! Great quality, perfectly cooked - could of had a bit more of a smokey flavour as it was a bit bland but it was nice. Staff weren’t overly friendly but it was busy so they were just trying to get the food out. Good menu - range of different burgers, selection of sides and sauces. The bun was nice and so was the Butcher Sauce inside the burger. The salad within the burger was fresh. We had The Butcher with Cheese (with added Bacon and no Gherkins). I feel like this place would be the equivalent to GBK in England. Overall I wouldn’t say no to going there again but I did feel it was just a bit far from being amazing.

Lolitha Wijesuriya: Went out to this place with a couple of friends. Pretty bubbly atmosphere, filled with people and super lively. A must do for anyone visiting AMSTERDAM. There are locals too from the area but mostly tourists. I ordered “the ugly and the chicken” it was a sort of a wrap although I expected a burger. But nevertheless it was tasty. The spaces tends to get crowded very fast although it’s massive. It’s not possible to make prior reservations so you need to be on the lookout for a table when you get there. We were lucky enough to find a group that were about to leave. There are so many food variables to pick from to cater to almost anyone’s tastes. Same goes for the drinks. You need to order at the stalls and collect when the food is ready. Nothing is served to the table. Interestingly the cutlery and dishes/ plates were mainly made of sustainable material. There was very minimal use of plastic in the whole space.
