Spacious, contemporary design and adaptable, the Novotel room is truly a place for living. Perfect for all your needs. We treat your children as our VIP guests. Accommodation and breakfast are free of charge for one child up to 16 years when sharing a room with their parents or grandparents.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. But the room was very noisy which had a negative impact on satisfaction. Pleasantly surprised by restaurant and staff. Had excellent meals there for reasonable price.

Hotel was in a safe part of town, not too much traffic noise. Close to the Metro bus and train. Within walking distance of the convention center.

Dear sir, this is Donghoon L. who stayed at room 1223 from Sunday in January 5th to 7th for two nights. I experienced very unpleasant thing Monday morning, January 6th at your hotel. I went to the breakfast restaurant at 6am but unfortunately it was not opened and waited for 5 minutes. I tagged my room key to the machine for breakfast registration. But it was not working. The guy who received me and my colleagues asked us the room number without telling antything even “ good morning”. Coincidently my colleague and me told the room number at the same time. This guy told us very rudely “ please tell one by one”. We are very alarmed about his attitude. To complain to Novotel, I want to see his name tag, but no name tag on his cloth. So I asked his name, his name was Kamala. We do not understand how this kind of guy is serving for guest in the best hotel, Novotel. Please answer me how you would improve your service quality. Otherwise, I will report it to your head quarter in France. Best regards.

It's very close to the business district, some restaurants and the metro station. Hotel has all the required facilities for a nice stay.

No amenities provided except for hand wash. Amenities like shower cap, lotion etc would be very useful. Also teabags were not replaced when used and had to contact Reception for replacement. Breakfast was good.
