    Clara van Opdorp: Really nice balloons. There's nothing else for parties here than this. But I love it. You have so many options...for young children it's mind blowing, I think. So many different characters and shapes to choose from. We enjoyed choosing his favorite balloon and something went wrong with the number 3 but they changed it next day that I came back for a new one without problem. Personal was nice. I'll come back each time I want some nice balloons :) 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 🎉🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈

    Mary Bello Ruiz: Small shop with a wide range of balloons. They inflate them with helium but I found it a bit expensive.💰 31'85€ two number balloons + weight

The hotel let me down but Party Balloons made some lovely bouquets and delivered them to the hotel within hours. They communicated well on email and were able to converse in English which really helped me out.

    cornelius engelhardt: NOT IMPRESSED I had ordered a package to be delivered at 9am. I had to call twice to get any information about the status because nothing was delivered at 9am. I called at 10am and talked to someone who promised to call me back. I tried to call earlier but their phone lines do not open until 10am. I was not called back. I called again at 11am and talked to someone who explained that no delivery time was on the receipt they had so they were not aware of a delivery time. He did confirm however that on another note the time was visible so he did not know what the problem was. At the time I am writing this, the package is supposedly underway so I am still waiting for it. I hope to get it soon. However, I needed it at 9am because it was supposed to be a surprise for someone so the time has passed where it would have been relevant. I have therefore wasted 40 Euro because their processes are broken. You can probably understand that I am not very impressed with how this was handled.

    Liesbeth Bos: Bad experience, very unfriendly women and not helpful staff. Went here to buy a balloon for my 30th birthday. Man behind the counter was friendly (and congratulated me), however when I asked the blond women to fill my balloon (after already paying for the it) she let me know that I would have to wait 15 minutes. There was no one in the store and it would have literally taken here 2 seconds to fill the balloon, but she was more busy with orders of people who weren’t even in the store. She seemed very annoyed by my question. Very unfriendly & rude response, why make this so difficult on a, for me, festive day. She could really work on thinking along with her customers, I am never coming here again.

    Paula Combs: Great place for costumes for Halloween, Carnival, masquerades, Pride weekend, etc. I just went for a Halloween costume, so I’m not sure what the store is like the rest of the year- but it was perfect for what I needed. The store is bigger than it appears (there’s two floors). They have masks, hats, gloves, props, face paint, costume makeup, eyelashes, feather boas, etc. They have props and decorations for bachelorette parties, as well as decorations for birthdays or other parties (they have a wall of different types of balloons). This place has adult and children items for party decorations and costumes.

    Jean Ulrich: Some very inappropriate and racist costumes . And one of the staff was very rude and basically told my friends and I to leave when we were talking. Costumes look like they're 20 years old. Too pricey for its worth. Don't recommend.

    Maja Mikielska: Poor service every single time I was there. They just don't care for the customers so please stop going there. Once I really needed a specific article for a show and standing in front of the store I found out that it opens only at 1pm on Monday. I was happy to see the woman inside but how astonished I was when she refused to let me in and sell the item anyway. I will rather go to the next city than shop there again.

    Ozzy E.: Pretty much the go-to place in Amsterdam for costumes and masks. Nice choice and reasonable prices (not cheap but not overpriced). Gets busy around some festivities but enough stuff for everyone.
