O Vicii: I am extremely happy I have chosen to join this swimming lessons company. Excellent costumer service, communication goes very well, and very organised. When it comes to the coaches and the actual lessons, they deserve an applause. They are very calm, professional and attentive to you and your progress. Would definitely recommend to anyone, from the ones who want to overcome their fear of water to the ones who want to perfect their swimming technique.

Eva Bad: Ambition, persistence, braveness... you do need that all to learn to swim when you are an adult. But this is not enough, you also need a good teacher who you can (first of all) trust, and who will lead you on the difficult way of overcoming you fear, embarrassment and learning to swim. This is what I got from Your Personal Swim Coach, absolutely recommended! Already after couple of lessons I saw the results!

Janice F: The coaches are good but the admin is a mess and lessons are poorly organised. - Of the times that I attended the lessons, they were never fully 45 minutes, always 5 or even 10 mins late especially if you are the second session, which is a lot in proportion. - Number of students is not limited to 5 per group as advertised but often more. - In general there is barely any personalisation compared to what is advertised (personal intake, lesson plan etc) so do adjust your expectation. When the school reached out to students asking for review I did make an effort to share my feedback directly with them, hoping to help them improve. Needless to say I never got any response…
Response: Dear Janice What a surprise to hear from you again, we haven't seen you since your last lesson end of March. Ever since, we got ourselves organized better. By fact, our admini was not organized well back than. We regret this ofcourse. But we still own you a make up lesson, according our administration. Feel free ro restart your lessons again. Btw your group members who continues are now obtaining their official diploma on November 25th in Zuiderbad in Amsterdam. Ana Badea: Honestly the only good thing are the coaches. They are so amazing and have such good energy. Administration is horrible. I have weekly issues with my account, scheduling etc. Also, downside is that you have to tell them 8 hours in advance that you want to cancel so if you get feverish the hour before, you have to pay:) which is unpleasant in the context of a global pandemic. When I asked “Am I supposed to come to the swimming lesson dead sick?” I was given a lecture and shouted at. But otherwise, school is great. Join if you are ready to put up with terrible admin.
Response: Dear Ana, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our coaches, they work very hard to provide you with the most persoanlized experience possible. Our administration does its best to provide every student with efficient and fast responses. As you may understand, we need to make sure that lessons have enough students coming and for that it is essential to know if someone is not. We have long waiting lists and it is our main objective to accomodate as many students as possible, since many are waiting to be given a spot. We did change our cancelation policy to 8 hours (previously was 24h) due to the global pandemic. We understand this to be enough time in accordance with available information and similar COVID-policies. We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our office and we will communicate this to them. In the meantime we hope to hear from you soon and see you at the pool to keep working on your swimming. Kind regards!
